Thanks for the info, will have a think about it. Will watch some YTs. I have the Premium Deluxe so the Cessna Longitude and CJ4 scratch the jet itch so that makes the decision harder.

From today.

3 flights 3 messed up approaches, I kinda heard about how it has a hard time catching the GS, wonder if they can fix this in the future, my WT CJ4 has no issues, Attempting an RNAV to see if its better. I may have to actually fly it by hand lololol.

Mine flew it okay this morning....I try to be below glideslope.  I had loaded the ils via the fms, got the "ghost" needles, i when I pressed approach it did capture.  It was the ILS 12L KMSP - I had flown the BAINY3 via COLDD and then the KAYQU ils transition.

I bought it, have just loaded it up and have a look around and checking the tablet for settings. Looks very nice, seems fairly easy on the frames too.

It's a bit intimidating for someone who's used to flying GA turboprops. I think I'll have to set some time apart to learn this thing properly. Maybe a weekend will get me through the basics. Until then I'm having fun in the Porter. 😄

Since version 1.4 or what ever it’s called, it’s never not captured the ILS. I wonder if people know what Go Green means.

Gave it a few flights over the weekend after purchasing..Gotta say, well worth the Sale price. In fact I would have no issues paying the full price as it seems to be decent quality.
The only issue I ran into over the weekend was one time the NAV autopilot was zig zaging to try and catch the magenta line, all I had to do was go to HDG mode and back to Nav and it fixed it for me. But this only happened twice, and had no issues with the LOC and GS...This will keep me busy while waiting for the 737.

Nav glitches will add a lot to the learning curve for new players as they have no idea if they messed or it is just a bug.

I actually picked up three aircraft I was missing at the Orbx 30% sale yesterday, the P40, the Nieuport XVII and the CRJ so have plenty to keep me busy for a while.

I didn’t know you can get the crj through orbx..I did the same, got the crj, the arrow and the arrow turbo, all on sale at the moment.

I don't think it is a stretch to say this is one of the best payware add-ons in MSFS. Easily worth it on sale. 

The only thing I didn't like visually about the CRJ is the heat blur. But this is not a CRJ issue, but rather a base sim issue. Here is a way to disable it. Works perfectly.
