They posted that more than a day ago now so I'm not sure what the support staff are doing...maybe finishing off their Christmas pudding lol.

Some people's heads would have exploded. Using the Marketplace as a benchmark is setting a pretty low bar for customer service. Just about every vendor has updated their files now except JF and supposedly their support staff are "around". Not sure what that means but it obviously doesn't include support.
