So if hand-flying, the FD can get its input from the GTN? That could be really neat flying something like the circling approach into MHTG...you could overlay the circle and then hand-fly it as an extra level of safety. I'm not sure if the real GTN can display a circle to land though...it's usually a visual manuever. You can load a visual approach with advisory glide path. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
March 24, 20224 yr Sorry for the dumb question, but does this aircraft have VNAV capability? https://www.mediafire.com/view/dz3buh31pti9cej/BoeingDriverSignature.jpg/file

March 24, 20224 yr This is looking pretty good right now. Especially if I can use my pms50 750 then I am happy with GA planes like this! If they really lowered the price with that level of fidelity then I will likely get it. $39 for a full fidelity piston twin with good graphics/modeling? It’s dirt cheap for the hours of flying she will get…. Nick Silver http://www.youtube.com/user/socalf1fan Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 64gb ddr4 3200mhz ram, RTX 4080 Super, HP Reverb G2 v2, 4K Tv Monitor
March 24, 20224 yr For that price you’re just a few pennies short of buying both the BigRadials Goose AND the Wing42 Boeing 247D.
March 24, 20224 yr So, just to clarify again: this plane is out of the box compatible with the TDS GTNXi?

March 24, 20224 yr Slightly off topic - I'm asssuming that, similar to the Flight 1 750, you can convert a .pln file (created, for example, via simbrief9 to the garmin format and then load it into the TDS GTN 750?

One of the features of the unit says this: "Ability to save flight plans in a catalog format and import community/user created flight plan flies" You can read more about it here https://tdssim.com/tdsgtnxi Juan Ramos

I have zero interest in either of them, but even together they wouldn't come anywhere near the complexity that's on offer here. Plus, pressurized piston twins of that era, like the 414 and 421 are pretty much the most demanding civilian, single-pilot aircraft around. If you can master one of these babies, everything else comes easy.
