I currently own the following airports in the US and Canada

KPDX - Portland - Flightbeam, CYVR - Vancouver, Toronto - FlyTampa, KFLL - Ft. Lauderdale - Latin  VFR KORD _ Chicago FS Dreamteram, KIAD - Flightbeam KLAS - Las Vegas Latin VFR and a couple of freebies from flightsim.tp Philly KPHL and KHOU -Houston.

If u have any suggestions, basically newely developed airports, but I want to stay away from Orbx, I know they make great sceneries, but had a lot of problems with them in FSX 

It just seems the major developers such as flytampa are a bit slow on the pedal, and yes I recently purchased Toronto from them, and its asolutely Gorgeous!!!

 

I just bought the airport on the lake in Toronto...  CYTZ.  That one is gorgeous.  You can look in the screenshot forum for my pics.

Otherwise I just grabbed Block Island on the east coast (KBID) - pretty short runway but on sale in tht marketplace.

I second that. Impressive at night. Even Billy Bishop's Nieuport aircraft inside the terminal is modelled. They didn't model the tunnel between the airport and mainland, but I don't know if it's even possible to model anything under ground level!. They did however include the ferry moving back and forth to the airport.

 

My advice is not to rule out Orbx so easily, they and their partners have generally brought out quality products for MSFS so far.

 

(Edit: Ignore the ridiculously large aircraft there - that's a result of Simple Traffic injecting them onto the stands.)

FSDT's Key West is a chill place to fly out of,  or just sit and watch the A320's from AIG run their schedules.   The Naval base next door seems to keep the skies full of humans in mil-jets.

Dawn and dusk flights are nice in that area,  the birds are relaxing.  Bijan's Islands and Boats features Key West.

KDCA by drzewiecki design is stellar.  KBID by Gaya is cute.

FSDT key West is indeed pretty good.

I also  have the Airworthy Designs Saint Martin and Grand Case which I use a lot. Not US territory (it is part French and part Dutch but near Puerto Rico which is US territory).

Also the Alaska mesh.

SimAddOns produces great airports for Canada. I've been a customer for ten years +/- and been happy. product support is excellent.

Payware Teterboro Airport KTEB is stunning.

Freeware Greater Toronto Area Enhancement Pack -  scenery for Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington.  Really adds proper visuals on departure and arrival to CYYZ and CYTZ.

Yeah this one is pretty good I enjoy it as well.

I been getting small / medium airports like KSHR by SceneryBuilders for less than $7.00.

Otherwise Flightsim.to has you covered.
