My installation is stuck in an endless loop, I had to cancel, and when I resumed the installation it is at almost 14 gb, it does not feel fun at all.

Exactly the same here. Eventually finished downloading ~14gb, then took a looong time to reach main menu.

Then I found a 2.18gb "deluxe upgrade" in the content manager.

All settings seems to be there, which is good.

What is the file recommend to delete after an update where MSFS creates the file again?

What about this?

Again, clear sky fix is the only significant change listed. Nothing about the weather system itself or the clouds looking any different. Not saying nothing changed (as I sure hope things have) but I don’t see any “official” change to the core weather and clouds.

Were you on the SU9 beta? I have been and I only had a small update on loading once I unenrolled from the beta. No updates in content manager.

Maybe we don't need them if we had the beta as nothing has changed for us?

just got my update notification now

There was an update in the MSFS Community Downloader for it today. Haven't tested it yet

Per Github, delete or update PMS GTN. Fixed

Don't act insulted. I'm terribly sorry, but that was not what you asked. You said:

I don’t see anything in the notes about improved weather and clouds? Other than fixing clear skies.

... which is not true. There's definately changes and improvements made to weather and clouds, given the changelogs. 🙂

I don't think I acted insulted? I'm not one to get offended nor do I care to be a keyboard warrior. Just having a discussion where from my perspective, I didn't notice any ground breaking or significant changes. Of course, anything in the right direction is good, just not the fixes I've been hoping we would see.

Was getting 30 frames locked before the update, now I'm around 25 at the same airport when doing the test

Has anyone got anything to say about the pilot and ATC voices?  First the update changed me into having a female voice but the voices sound so unrealistic compared to how they were before.  Much too clear and unlike the RW.  I checked to make sure it was set to Azure in the menu.

Looks like I've lost a few FPS as well.  Locked at 30 but seems to be dipping below a lot more frequently now
