HYPE HYPE HYPE!  I'm not really an airliner guy but I'm excited.  Let's get the holdovers over here ASAP!

Yes the hilarity of the hype train on Avsim is very fun to read!!!!

This product releasing today is being made out to be the release of a lifetime for MSFS2020.

very funny when most don't grasp the concept that MSFS202 is designed for entertainment. It and the PMDG737 certainly don't convey anything "study level" in my world! A level D simulator would qualify and that's about it.

Randazzo said the potential release window starts at 5pm Greenwich Mean Time (I’m feeling old school).

Get ready for action, lads!

It says it is "unable to reach PMDG's server."

Surely the installer will update the ops center if it needs updating?

There was not...only the new livery.  But Tavers painted one and it was featured on a Chewwy stream not long ago...Its stunning...but its from Tavers...no surprise there. 😉   He's on the PMDG beta test team as well.

Let's hope he posts it as soon as it's released.  I was going to paint one...but no need with his. 🙂   I'll be doing the old SAS on the -600 though.

How do we get your 737-700 liveries, when released, into the PMDG Operations Center Liveries section?

Ha, I’m critical of PMDG’s antics at times, but I’m also fully aboard the hype train when they finally get around to releasing an aircraft. As a type, 737s are a lot of fun to fly.

Look, I think we all know that MSFS has primarily been designed as an entertainment product, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be used for “serious” airline simulation with the right addons. Your level D sim doesn’t have realistic graphics covering the world now, does it? So in terms of verisimilitude, MSFS is better at some things and worse at others. If you’ve got particular insights into how the PMDG 737 fails, it’s actually something that many of us like to hear.

At any rate, now the new NG is on short final it’s Hype! Hype! Hype! from me too.

Can’t wait to fly my early-access ported NGXu in the sim.

(That last sentence was just to trigger RSR if he’s lurking here).

🙂

You might want to change the Cost index to your airline and reg # etc.
