May 9, 20224 yr From a guy over on the PDMG forum; Refresh the page multiple times if it says it's down until it shows, click download, input the code you got thru your email and MAKE SURE YOU ALLOW POPUPS, I just did and it's finally working. I tried this and it worked. Installing now.

Most who've been in this game for a while would have 100% expected this to have happened. It happens for all PMDG releases, and the 737 for MSFS was probably their most anticipated release in their 25 year history. I get that you're frustrated but the better option would have been to do what I and many others are doing - wait off the insane first 12 hours rush and buy when the dust settles; when I'm sure emails, authentications and download links will all happen within 1 minute. PMDG aren't perfect and there is arguably a base level of arrogance evident sometimes.
