FSHud - Air Traffic Control MSFS Beta

I like Pilot2ATc but had to stop using it because it uses almost 2.5 GB of my 16GB RAM. Can anyone open the task manager and see how much RAM FSHud is using?

Thanks.

Big plus also is not the need anymore for crash TC here local from AIG

Yes, Traffic Control for AIG is not needed if you use FShud.

PF3 uses 20 MB of ram.

Hmm, It doesn't seem much different then. Though it would be less. Thanks.

That's more like it, lol. If only the voices were not the most robotic in any ATC program, I would use that one. But can't stand the voices.

Lat couple of updates I believe  they changes some of the voices, sounds pretty good now, at least better than most of the other ATC programs.

Thank you,
I think it is also can be mixed with VATSIM/IVAO flights...
For example if you are entering non-controlled area.
You can use Suspend/Resume switch on the panel (bottom left corner) - to avoid complete start. The application can be quickly suspended and resumed.

Yes, this opens up possibilities! However, doesn't suspend currently also end the flight? Or has this been fixed/changed also?

I may have to give another try then. Thanks.

it is required to completely re-write all panel in another programming language/technology - something that can't be done in 2 days or week.

Why wasn't this done from the beginning? You would've saved yourself a lot of work in the long run. The way you make it sound, this isn't high on your to-do list, or is it?

Of course my option would be to integrate it seamlessly into MSFS. This is a win win situation for you and your customers. It's worth the extra effort.

It wasn’t written just for MSFS is my guess.

Yes, that's probably the answer. I hadn't taken that into consideration.

@FSHud I understand MSFS stops using the content.xml with SU10. Have you received any documentation from Asobo on how FSHud will read scenarios going forward?
