Let inibuilds know we want a cargo version in 2020

Featured Replies

I saw this post over in the iniBuilds forums. Let them know we want a cargo version. I would love to see the A300-600F in UPS, DHL and FedEx colors.

Based on what I’ve seen so far with the passenger A310, I’ll buy whatever these guys make!

Just an update. iniBuilds has announced the A300-600F for MSFS2020. Thanks to everyone who went over to let them know.

Future Roadmap

So what's next?

We have a very busy 2023, and are working on super cool projects. Not much we can say for now, but we know you will love some of the aircraft we are working on.

What I can say is following so much positivity and interest in the A310, I am pleased to confirm we will be releasing the A300-600F aircraft in 2023 (independent release).

We are doing a completely new exterior 3D model for Microsoft Flight Simulator, so as things progress, we will update you closer to the time of release!

That is great news! I had no interest in the passenger variant, because I tend to fly real routes with current aircraft, but the passenger model would really interest me -- there are still over 200 in service as freighters.

MSFS 2024. Primary Planes: Black Square TBM850, Duke, Baron, Caravan; A2A Comanche; FSReborn Phenom; Fexix A321; PMDG 737-7, 777: Utilities: Active Sky (Passive Mode); BATC, FSLTL.

Does anyone know how close the A300-600F and A310's systems are?

As for Fedex I have read that their A300-600F's were given an all-glass flight deck.  Would be interesting to see what ini does with it.

Very close - the displays and panels are very similar and they share a type rating.

If you learn the A310 now you should have almost no problem switching to any of the A300 versions later.

Great news ! Thanks to everyone who posted there, and thanks Inibuilds.

Surely not everybody was kung fu fighting.

Day 1 buy. Even though it is cargo only (which I will fly a ton of FedEx routes with it), the A300 has always been close to my heart. I flew them many many times when they were with Eastern Air Lines back in the 80's. Did a lot of KATL-KSEA-KPDX flying in them. As my father worked for EAL, I could get up into the cockpit quite a bit. Can't wait to have this one.

Partial glass cockpit. The engine instruments still the same. Can fly RNP AR and LPV now.
