I hope it's a fake, but sadly looks like it's not so.

Another video:

What may have happened with the pilots? In the meantime, peace for all the involved souls 🙏

The camera person has lovely potted plants and nicely trimmed toenails...  🤔

Dang, curiosity got the better of me and now I wish I hadn't seen that. So sad. RIP to all the victims.😢

Could be a coincidence, but in the final moment of the TransAsia crash in 2015, the ATR made a similar last dive to the left before crashing.......

A purported video clip shows one of the five Indian passengers onboard the Yeti Airlines aircraft, who apparently recorded his last moments before crashing into the gorge of the Seti river in Nepal.

The passenger, identified as Sonu Jaiswal, was broadcasting live from his Facebook account when the incident occurred.

Five Indians, among the 68 people, died after a 72-seater passenger aircraft operated by Yeti Airlines crashed into the gorge of the Seti river, seven kilometres ahead of its destination – Pokhara International Airport in Nepal, on Sunday.

Well, all I can say is that at least it was quick. A frightening reminder of how quickly this life is over.

What a shame.

Another tragic twist to this story,

Apparently the pilot's husband was a Yeti Pilot who died in a crash in 2006.  His wife used the insurance money to get her license to continue his legacy and was one of the pilots involved in the crash and also perished.

I just saw a twitter post with an ADS-B track on that plane that was reporting wild altimeter fluctuations to altitudes over 100,000 ft MSL and some bizarre groundspeed data.  That's not consistent at all with the video of the aircraft coming down final in an extreme nose-high attitude, then stalling and rolling off on the left wing.

It sure raises suspicions of an instrumentation problem.  It'll be interesting to see what the DFDR data shows.

That onboard video seems to show hardly any flap extension. Is that normal for the ATR72, or should those flaps have been extended further at that stage of the flight?
