The first review of the Latécoère flying boat by Jonathan Beckett is quite favorable and considering it costs less than 10€, it's a definite buy for me! I just love these kind of planes 😀

I bought it first thing, planning a round the word trip with it since it features an auto pilot unlike the H-4

From viewing the video, the textures look spectacular inside and out. Some say the detail effort by BlueMesh on this one exceeds what inibuilds did with the AN-225.

I do not see anything new on the world map, only the old landmarks, and the content manager do not list the 6-odd GB of them for France

They said ORBX would be helping them clean up Photogrammetry a while back. There is some touching up being done.

Similarly to the AAU2 threads where everyone spent their time talking about a white dot, we're not talking about what truly matters here. How is good the photogrammetry??? I haven't had the time to load up the sim yet so I'd like to know before downloading all those gigbytes.

The Ju-52 was designed as an airliner and first flew in 1930, well before word not allowed, and remained in production until well after the destruction of the Reich - to 1952.

In the same vein, I'm sure there were/are plenty of people who are as triggered as you appear to be by pictures of B-17s and SuperFortresses...

Probably more than a few every time they see & hear an American jet fighter overhead, too. But we have those in the game...

I guess you’ve done it by now if you were going to, but from what I saw from a 20 minute flight around Nantes and the river, it’s stellar, possibly best yet. Even cranes seem to be complete / unskirted.

A bit disappointed for Nantes. The Bretagne tower, the O Deck restaurant on the Loire river, the colored crane along the river, the "Lu" tower are missing, unless I've a serious bug...
