A few pics of what could have been Fly Tampa CYUL were published in the comments on the FlyTampa Facebook post, if some of you want to see. Those pics are amazing despite being WIP.

you just wonder why oh why they didn’t published them before? Seeing how advanced they were on CYUL already maybe some others devs would have started another project instead of competing with FT on CYUL? Because as you can see, the FT version would have been far better than the two released version. But nobody had any doubt about that.

I really love those guys and their products but if they don’t have the time themselves, they really need to hire a social media manager to make a better work about promoting their products, previews, announcements. Otherwise, it will not be the last time they will get burned that way.

seems CYUL was already in very good shape (George stated a 60% completion) and as it seems it was already way better than the others project, I’m surprised they prefer to put 10 months of work into the drain rather to complete it. I’m sure some people would have waited and some others would have bought it anyway despite having bought Mk studios version

 

 

I got both.  There are things I like about both.  BM world does NOT have transparent terminals, but has a better landside as well as ERGLs this time. 

MK's terraforming is much better.

All in all probably still room for FT as we'd have the best of both worlds.

I agree with you to a point, at least I would have done so at one time  but now I see it as a 'must have' at any airport I buy! At night there is nothing more immersive while sat in the cockpit, looking towards the terminal and seeing the inside all nicely lit up. It's made even more immersive if there are a few animated passengers. But yes, it shouldn't override things like textures, lighting, correct afcads etc.

I agree. If some of MK elements like terraforming, transparent terminal (for night immersion) could make it to the BMWorld one , it would be a great one but we can't mix and match depiste owning both here 🙄

Sorry if I missed it, but is there an ETA for the FSimStudios CYUL? I am really stoked to pick up one of these, but will wait until the FSim one is released if not too far away.

I reckon FlyTampa are going to go for Hartsfield Jackson KATL. Or possibly Denver KDEN

Doubt both. They abandoned Atlanta once already. Inibuilds is rumored to be doing it at some time. Denver is already done nicely by flightbeam 

I bought a second Montreal. They are not similar to each other.. Mk-Studio gave all its strength to the interior, and BMW & AmSim , on the contrary, to the exterior. The Mk-Studio has a nice interior throughout the main terminal, but this seems to affect performance. BMW & AmSim has interiors in only two locations. I compared the performance of both scenes with the default ASOBO. For the test, I used a Fenix A320 in parking lot 56. (Intel 7800K + 3080Ti) BMW & AmSim finally has a working Wig Wag.
