I tried to ask for clarification on those statements, on whether SU13 was now a requirement for the tablet release and got told that my question made him laugh and a refusal to answer. Sooo yeah... starting to understand why so many people feel the way they do about this guy.

I don't understand why they haven't released any screenshots of the tablet yet. Surly at this stage, there must be something to show? 

Let me translate this for you into non-RSR english:

The EFB will have another significant delay because the language they specifically created for the EFB with thousands of work hours  is not necessary anymore and instead they‘ll have to rebuild the code to make use of the new stuff that comes with SU13.
This totally unnecessary and self-inflicted waste of months of man hours is then what delays the 777 (and anything else that comes afterwards) which now is impossible to be released in 2023.

I'm not really "interested" in their products. I actually OWN their product, paid for it with my OWN MONEY.

So, kindly forgive me for wanting to see promised improvements forthcoming before I shuffle of this mortal coil.

It's unfortunate that PMDG is nearly the only outfit with a quality Boeing lineup these days. I have the patience of a monk, and even I find these "updates" a bit funny. Why say anything, when clearly, RSR has nothing to say?

Where did I say I hate them? I just point out their incompetence on the leadership level and their insubstantial communcations.

Soo true. Bilious crowd. I reckon they need to disgorge their bile somewhat repeating over and over the same platitudes.  Fortunately, the Avsim community is better than these few.

I find the lighter way Randazzo communicate with the hint of a smile rather fun. The guy has style . Give me that instead of the way some others communicate as if we were 12 yo kids (we are thrilled and excited to present you this truly awesome etc.).
