This is difficult because it depends a little on the type of flying/mission. For airliners, which I do not fly so much it is the PMDG 737, the Fenix A3420 and then the iniBuilds A300. Once block 2 comes out for the A320 it will replace the PMDG as my top airliner. 

For GA, which I fly a great deal more, it is the A2A Comanche, the FSR M500 and the Black Square TBM 850. 

Really, these 6 planes are the only ones I fly at all.

In order of preference.

A2A Comanche I don't typically fly this model on the daily as i prefer tubeliner ops but the polish of this product is the standard of the sim for me personally.

PMDG 737

Fenix A320

Honorable mention (Working Title's avionics upgrades that then become incorporated into other models such as Horizon Sim 787-9 or Kurorin 787-8)
