So what is going to happen between now and the time it actually is released, is something going to be fixed?

It's back end stuff. The build can be done and packaged. But all the support KBs, website stuff, final livery checks etc. Final copy edits on the changelog. All that stuff. Final checks on the staging stuff for the downloader before tens of thousands of people downloading stuff.

I work in project management and even with a large staff like we have, go lives can tend to be chaotic like this. Add in Fenix is a small team.

You guys are taking a message way out of context. That only had to do with David's post about liveries - he was waiting for a sign-off from all livery makers that they were happy with the text and screenshots used.

It literally has no effect on the software whatsoever, you just can't see what he's responding to because it's a screenshot of a chat. Not an announcement or anything.

Welp, I was wrong. Lol.

Is the update live? V1 is about to stream B2 in 30 mins

5800X3D. 32 GB RAM. 1TB SATA SSD. 3TB HDD. RX  9070XT.

Will this show up as an update Fenix A320 Manager like in the past or will it be a completely new fresh install?

I'm sure there'll be a "hot take" 10 minutes after release by you know who.

If that's who I think it is, he just released a video on the key differences between the CFM and IAE engines..... started in the cockpit with EPR on the gauges..... so I wondered if he had Block 2 early.... then said he was flying the LatinVFR A319 😄

and there it is 🙂

Is a full uninstall recommended?  If so, what is the best way to do that?

As always: No.

Installers fully take of that themselves.

Yay 😁! Will current B1 liveries work, or it would be better to remove them all?

All old liveries need to be deleted

It is on the Fenix website. Old liveries dont work and dont do harm.
