@Damian Clark I'm having trouble with uploading the snapshot to simbrief. Is that not yet working? Or what am I doing wrong? Getting an error message after the simbrief downloader tries to set the historical time in AS, after one or two minutes.

In other words: Experiences an incompatibility issue we've found, with work-around, and lots of info posted now, but has no patience for any issue/bug like this. 

We tried hard to not have any issues but there is always something.  Anyhow, if anyone is not getting wx depiction, it's because of your notoolbarhandle mod.  Please disable it and things should operate.

I am not using the notoolbarhandle mod anyway - so that isn't the issue. I keep seeing people saying "oh it's working" - but what is really working? I personally don't understand the point in the product, what benefit is there of having it?

I would say I was very patient with the product - I was like in front of 700+ viewers and tried to do multiple things to get it working. I concluded that at the moment, it was a pretty pointless purchase for me. There wasn't anything in it that I don't already get from default WX in MSFS.

I was using flow and was having the same issues that people with the 'nohandlebar' mod where having. So I wouldn't say it is compatible.

With within 10 days from past, on an NOAA historical download, it takes longer and is timing out.  You can manually load the weather - there is a button you can press in the tool, not sure exactly where, maybe somebody else can help with that?  We're hoping that they update the timeout to prevent this failure.

It's from this morning, 08:55 UTC. Do you mean I can update Simbrief manually? Because that's what I need, the AS historical data for the simbrief winds aloft. Setting the historical mode is working fine by itself in the app. @Damian Clark sorry to ping you, but I edited the post with a question.

If they are streaming it HOURS after release without even bothering to read the FAQ or get used to how it works then their opinion is worth (insert word not allowed here) IMO.

Here's a diligent YouTuber (real pilot) who spends the time to do things in DETAIL. No ASFS yet but great content I'd recommend anyway.

Oh man, me too! Asobo has done a lot of great stuff but there are few decisions they made thats a real head-scratcher. Having a toolbar popup every time you move your mouse is definitely one of them.
