Hmm that’s odd. I have another monitor as well. My second monitor is for Charts etc so I’d hate to lose it.

Ron, I have a second monitor for things like LNM, Flight recorder or any h/w monitors and I haven't had any problems. Got my main screen set for 30/60, and nothing changes with regard to whatever is on my second monitor whether I have lossless scaling activated or not.

Ryzen 9 7900X, Corsair H150 AIO cooler, 64 Gb DDR5, Asus X670E Hero m/b, 3090ti, 13Tb NVMe, 8Tb SSD, 16Tb HD, 55" Philips 4k HDR monitor, EVGA 1600w ps, all in Corsair 7000D airflow case. Sims in use - 2020, 2024, XP-12 and -11, FSX/SE, P3Dv4.5 and v5.4. DCS and AFS2 installed but rarely used

    I just upgraded my 3080ti to a 40 series for $6.99 lol.

  • Ok @David Roch I really thought this was going to be the latest "double your FPS" scam out there but I am literally in disbelief.  Thank you for bringing this to my attention.  I decided to give it

  • A little offtopic here but this software works wonders in xplane 12 too. From 40fps to 100fps with all settings maxed out at 4k. It's pure magic. I am speechless honestly.

Bought recently this app for MSFS. I'm using a 2070 super with a i7 12700 kf. I have a mix of medium, high and ultra settings and I cap frames in RTTS to 30. My system can maintain 30 fps and with LS frame can have a steady 60 fps. Never got this experience before in MSFS. The only downside I'm having is, when flying at night all ground lights flickers when panning around. Tried different settings but nothing worked. Is someone having the same flickering lights?

Disable HDR in Windows, MSFS and lossless,no more flickering night lights

Sorry, maybe I am doing something wrong.

I have the same frames with or without the program. Should I click on SCALE button in order to have it working?

After clicking the SCALE button, it asks to do something manually which I don't know what to do. I also added a profile for MSFS but I don't know what to put on "filters" item.

Any help?

After clicking Scale you just have to focus back on MSFS within 5 seconds. Otherwise you can use the keyboard shortcut that you set in Lossless Scaling (default is Ctrl + Alt + S).

As for filters. Just make sure to turn off scaling, and only turn on frame generation (yes, the on button is labelled "Scale" but we actually don't want to do any scaling).

It worked but all MSFS colours changed... It is not the same MSFS anymore... Anything wrong?

Even the gray icons inside MSFS turned blue...

I don't believe Lossless Scaling has any colour filters at all. But perhaps it stops reshade working if you use that?

Ah, Yes, I use reshade to start MSFS.

Should I start MSFS without reshade?

You're probably using HDR. I think there's a setting in the app to enable HDR. IIRC there's some comment(s) about this somewhere in this 33-page thread.

+1. I use Reshade with no problems. I'll bet it's HDR that needs checking.

Indeed I was using the TV with HDR. I switched it off. It seems to work.

I have more or less the same framerate but the game itself is quite smooth now.

How are you monitoring framerate? Only way to see actual is to enable "DrawFPS" option in Lossless Scaling.

But then, where do I see the frame rate number?

Top left, should show something like "30 / 60" with the first number being your real framerate, and second number the interpolated framerate.

Yes. I am at KSFO and it shows 15-17 / 45-50.
