The track layout and its structures aren't protected by rights, only the track name and of course the F1 name and logo and whatnot. Several race sims have real-life tracks, but with a different name to avoid getting a license from the track owner. Pyreegue have the Donnington Park race track in their version East Midlands Airport which is right next to the track, and I believe they didn't need a license from the track owner just to depict the track itself in the scenery.

You can go into the Content Manager and simply uninstall the Asobo Strip, so you have more or less full compatibility between FT and Asobo Vegas.
