July 27, 20241 yr Here you go. Haven't used this an a long while, but the recent AIG discussion led me to redownload the updated AIG stuff. Regular users of AI Flow/Ground, how do you find it working with FSLTL/FS Traffic/AIG? AMD 9950X3D | 64 GB RAM | RTX 5090 FMR: 747 FO, 757/767 CAPT, 737 Check Airman Current 777 CAPT

Regular users of AI Flow/Ground, how do you find it working with FSLTL/FS Traffic/AIG? Almost perfect when using forced runways. With forced runways AI taxies a bit too slowly, but apart from that they act realistically. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.
July 27, 20241 yr thanks for this. But what has AIG updated? I stopped using it a long time ago due to FSLTL. Has much better lighting and sounds for their AI. July 27, 20241 yr @captain420 AIGround and AIFlow can be used both with AIG and FSLTL. From flightsim.to: Quote AIFlow is a MSFS simconnect utility that eases AI congestion and go-arounds. Includes support for custom approaches and AICull traffic management tools. AIFlow connect externally via simconnect and thus makes NO permanent changes to MSFS. AIGround is a MSFS simconnect utility designed to improve AI taxi characteristics. AIGround: (1) holds the AI stationary on the tarmac after pushback for a more realistic amount of time, (2) perform control surface checks as they begin their taxi out, (3) increase or decrease the AI’s taxi speed, (4) prevents the AI from spinning while stationary at the threshold, (5) reduce or extend the AI landing and takeoff ground rolls, (6) ZAP (remove) AI traffic that has become stationary and is blocking the user’s path on ground or in air, (7) enforces better spacing between AI and the user’s aircraft when the user is performing a taxi-out or taxi-in. AIGround can be configured to suit user preferences. AIGround operates externally via simconnect and makes NO changes to MSFS. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5
July 27, 20241 yr Thanks. Does anyone know how I can make both programs start up automatically when I launch MSFS? July 27, 20241 yr Just updated. Now it seems both ground and flow are in the same folder, and there's a new config utility. Up until now I've just left everything at default. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5

Looking forward to trying out AIG to see if there's any performance improvement over FSLTL and others. Plus with BATC coming out with traffic soon, it'll be nice to have more paints and planes. July 28, 20241 yr I've made small .bat file that runs things like TrackIR and FSLTL injector as well as AIGround and Flow, before launching MSFS. It has always worked great for such a simple thing. Both are comparable but just done by different people. The AI Flow and AI Ground files talked about in this thread make the traffic move and space out a lot better. Basically, making the other aircraft behave more realistically. They will both affect performance of course, depending on how populated you set the traffic. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. July 28, 20241 yr I have been using AiFlow and AiGround for some time. It is a bit of a pain editing config files everytime the mods are updated as they replace your current one. I always extend the takeoff roll parameters otherwise airlines rotate a 1/4 way along the runway. I also have forced landing runway at EIDW as traffic always lands on 10L regardless of winds. I have both FSLTL and AIG installed but on my system AIG gives me far better performance. They had some major updates last year to improve the installers and aircraft models.
