For me MSFS takes a long time to start up and then suddenly crashes. Tried 4 times and crashes 4 times after long loading time. Anybody else experiencing crashes as well?

That has been my experience for most of today.

Yep. For me, it starts with the "checking for updates" screen, changes to the regular loading screen, then crashes before the loading bar reaches the end.

a walk around fix is to disconnect from internet and reconnect to continue loading ...

no problem here -- started normally.

Probably because the issue from earlier has been fixed.

Pico Neo3 Link VR - Windows 11 64bit, Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite Mobo, i7-10700KF CPU, Gigabyte RX 9070 XT OC 16gb (AMD GPU), 32gig Corsair 3600mhz RAM, SSD x2 + M.2 SSD 1tb x1

Saitek X45 HOTAS - Saitek Pro Rudder Pedals - Logitech Flight Yoke - Homemade 3 Button & 8-directional Joystick Box, SNES Controller (used as a Button Box - Additional USB Numpad (used as a Button Box)

Just did a couple of flights in the UK and Brazil and all seems to be running ok now.

I was able to load the sim without any issues. Not stuck on checking for updates. In flight now, so far so good - no "your bandwidth is too low"... yet.

There were a YT videos warning that everybody should go back to Nvidia driver 552.44 because the latest drivers have instability with msfs flights. I doubt that was the issue here, but I reverted drivers last night and all was well since.

I'm on 555.85 from May 21st (didn't see any reason to update further). 552.44 is from May 9th. Anyway, it's easy to roll back, just select "beta and older drivers" here https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx. Don't think it's related to MSFS server issues though...

Update the gaming services (was and update yesterday ) that will solve the issue 😉 via the MS store > library
