I get that they're included Defaults, but I'd dearly love for them to be more on the iniBuilds end of the spectrum... Good question.. at least we can assume the new iniBuilds default birds will continue with the fidelity levels of their existing aircraft in the MSFS 2020 default fleet. In this year's FS Expo Seb also said their new 737 Max will be their highest fidelity aircraft ever (so assuming in the worst case something equal to or better than what Asobo/WT have done in the AAU updates). Also assume the already AAU treated aircraft will get even further improvements in MSFS 2024? Outside of these, nothing else is known yet AFAIK about the other new aircraft fidelity levels... well, except for the blanket statement that Jorg made once or twice about how they're striving to continuously dial up the fidelity of their default fleet. I think safe to say not all these new birds will have fidelity levels equal to the iniBuilds or AAU treated default aircraft, but one can hope for a good amount of them 🙂 Edited September 18, 20241 yr by lwt1971 Len 1980s: Sublogic FS II on C64 ---> 1990s: Flight Unlimited I/II, MSFS 95/98 ---> 2000s/2010s: FS/X, P3D, XP ---> 2020+: MSFS Current system: i9 13900K, RTX 4090, 64GB DDR5 4800 RAM, 4TB NVMe SSD
September 18, 20241 yr So in the career mode, you don't just start as airline pilot, rescue pilot etc, it is a full mode. You have to start at GA level and earn your certifications. You can choose to skip the training and go straight to the final test though if you think you know what you're doing. Edited September 18, 20241 yr by Tuskin38

I'd appreciate higher quality and lower quantity if there's a tradeoff to be made. 🤙 I wouldn't worry too much since Jorg has said the bar has been raised for what they consider default planes should be and this is why quite a lot of those planes are being done by third party devs. 5800X3D. 32 GB RAM. 1TB SATA SSD. 3TB HDD. I really do I expect a pretty, yet simple Carenado implementation, with workingtitle avionics. same for the new KingAir C90, Cessna Courier and Cessna Titan and both the Pilatus PC-12 NGX and PC24. September 18, 20241 yr Quote There you can rent, buy and, from 2024, even give away third-party content. But if say they did the PC24, we know it will have the new WT Honeywell systems - so to me thats the best of both worlds. In depth avionics and beautiful model/textures. September 18, 20241 yr That career "Headquarters" screenshot reminds me of the FOB in the original Flight Unlimited. For all the arguments about flight models earlier in this thread, there were aerobatic maneuvers you could do 30 years in Flight Unlimited that you still can't perform in any modern sim. I'll be looking forward to the dev stream next week!

September 18, 20241 yr These graphics look like a sizable jump forward, very impressive! I just hope the horsepower needed to push all these incredible visuals wasn't leached from the the motors that run the flight dynamics and physics; landing that bush plane on a magnetic and friction lacking runway will detract greatly from the experience.
