iFly 737 Max is out now (Pre release only)

Most people probably know this, but it's possible to change to the "MSFS mouse method". I found this much easier than default. Descriptions in the manual.

I would say basically nothing flat-out "doesn't work".  There are things that can be improved, but not really any more so than a lot of airplanes that have been out for years and are considered decent

  • **We are now releasing version 1.0.0.** This announcement replaces the previous one from a few days ago. The changelog is also replaced. First, we would like to thank everyone who has contributed

  • Another "take 80% of the item, pay 100% and then we'll see" product. Even if i wanted this (it's just another boring 737, so skip anyway) i wouldn't buy it. This is getting out of hand, now even

How does the FPS in the Max compared to the PMDG 737-800?

I haven't compared in terms of fps. But I've flown both a lot and performance with the PMDG seems a lot better.

Thanks, that is what I figured.

Not for me, it seems both ( plus-minus ) are at the same level, some may better on PMDG and some may better on iFLY.

I would venture to say it's roughly the same..

cheers 😉

Yeah, I would agree with that statement.

Not to the point of being problematic however.

There is Simbrief integration. Flightplan and wind data. What else do you need?

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

I have read all the manuals twice, I searched for Simbrief in those pdf files and found nothing. I mean something like importing data directly into FMC.

You enter your simbrief ID in the EFB and then you click on "flight plan request" on the PERF page, like on the PMDG 737

They have FP and wind data that get imported. Fuel and payload do not (yet).

It’s there. One of the addendum pdf if I remember correctly. Works perfectly through the FMC. Just the EFB is … different and a bit awkward but I am getting used to it

Is there a big update on the way soon? I read something earlier but cant find it. Holiday here tomorrow and then a first trip EKCH-LPPT is planned.

Any hardware support like CPFlight or Winwing?
