Hi,

With this update SU3 1.5.10.0 my Logitech Multipanel (AP Panel) has stopped working.

Each update the same story: one step forward, two steps backwards!

Anyone else?

Greetings

I noticed this as well. Parts of it work. But the flaps and some other functions stopped working.

  • On Avsim the world is upside down: You enjoy the sim, you get called all sorts of names.  You wallow in misery, you're a hero. 😄

  • You are being overdramatic for a beta test Stuff like this is expected, that's why they do these tests. Had this gone live to everyone I'd understand, but this is an optional beta. It's

  • Seems like anytime anything connects via Simconnect, the simulator crashes. Love your work, Asobo!

After disabling FSUIPC in the exe.xml file I can fly without CTDs...but, the Logitech radio panel does not light, GoFlight hardware only partially works, and out of 3 aircraft I flew the autopilots are useless. I tried manually launching FSUIPC during a flight; CTD.

P3DV5.4/P3DV6 and MSFS, several GoFlight modules, Saitek radio, Brunner CLS-E NG Yoke, Virtual Fly TQ6.

MSFS 2024 kill the routine for me....

As most of you know I am also a cofessed fan of X-Plane, but honestly 80% time I get the biggest joy from MSFS 2024, more than I did from FS 2020, and I am in the Beta branch, trying each and every flighting version...

Now, for teh very first time in my simmer life, instead of falling in a routine of always flying the same aircraft, the same types of flights, teh same areas... with the bugs / incompatibilities brought by each new flighting version I am forced to explore other aircraft, mostly chose among the default hangar of my Standard Version, which are already many more than I can handle in my all upcoming simmer and human life 🤣

Yesterday I was unable to start the iFly 737 MAX or the FSLabs 321 or the Fenix 320 in 1.5.10.0, so, I picked the default BBJ, and today I am picking the default 787, and will do my medium range noon flight...

The sim has it's quirks, but for me it's very stable and smooth, looks great scenery and now even weather wise, I am enjoying the default ATC, can't say as much as I would like to, or even with some details I could get from BATC or even FSHUD, but truth is that specially after 1.5.9.0 they've fixed some problems with imported routes through the EFB, namely the cruising altitude not being correctly imported or the user being allowed to change it in the EFB, and now it correctly get's what Simbrief has defined, and ATC does it job pretty muchh acceptably.

I'm glad with FS 2024... really GLAD !

Anything using sim connect is crashing the beta.

Hi,

I quit SU3 Update beta.

Now back in SU2 1.4.20.0.

Everything is ok!

I think I've lost a lot of time with SU3 beta!

Never ever again in a beta!

Greetings

Hi, Tuskin38,

Well... I hope so... but right now I'm very angry, believe me!

Greetings 🤒

Delta on the AIG discord tested just the AIG traffic injector and it didn’t crash SU3, and that uses sim connect obviously. So it doesn’t look like it’s just sim connect in general causing the crashes.

I guess it’s a certain type of sim connect call/event that the traffic injector doesn’t use

Isn't there a way to enable sim connect logging to an external file?

I don't know what it is with 2024 but I cannot get a smooth experience no matter what I do, Running a 7800X3d and a 4090 and 2024 is just a stutter fest anytime I look around.

Loaded up 2020 last night in the Fenix and it was as smooth as butter not a single hitch or stutter, So I think I am going to put 2024 on the back burner for a while as it is clear the sim need a ton of work.

It drained my brains. I was tweaking my butts of. Su2 calm water...

😅then 1.5.10 dropped and CTD galore was ever present.

Asobo should know people still play with addons, their back to the cavemen attitude with beta updates is ridiculous.

That’s not their job to test. Thats why they have betas.

Point taken, it is our job. People opting out of beta is a clear message SU3 is still premature as a few months old baby.

Hoping that they won't drop a final SU3 with same performance drawbacks without opportunity to revert.

I have the exact same hardware and do not typically experience stuttering when looking around in VR with a Pimax Crystal.
