It would be extremely unusual for an update focused on performance optimization to only benefit one specific hardware configuration. I think it's safe to assume that the majority of people will see a performance uplift. In fact, many others have posted about seeing an improvement in performance with different hardware.

If my system is very different than someone else's than the performance is going to be very different as well! Not a hard concept to understand. A performance boost from SU4 will certainly be something some may see and others may not. I'm running SU4 right now and I could make the same ridiculous video refuting it! I have no noticeable difference in performance from SU3 to SU4. My point is still the same, one persons YouTube video tells me nothing as far as performance goes!
