And also there are some instances of 'nuclear bright' buildings, I only seen them in London so far, St. Pauls Cathedral, Wembley Stadium etc.. But the overall nightlighting looks better to me. The really big thing though is the increased performance, I'm really appreciating that. i7 12700K , DDR4 64GB RAM @3600MHz, Asus Z690-Plus D4 MB, Gainward 4090 RTX Graphics, 850W Corsair PSU, Kraken AIO watercooler, Nvme 1TB ssd, 1TB ssd, 500GB ssd.

September 20, 2025Sep 20 There are plenty of things that should have been fixed a long time ago in MSFS 2020, so why should MSFS 2024 be any different? September 20, 2025Sep 20 Performance is greatly improved it seems. Even with fslabs i got stable fps now. I have 7800x3d and 9070xt. Just hope the artifacts with the gpu will be fixed. And see screenshot now the sims uses a lot of ram? I got 32gb and eve that is not enough? Same with swapfile. Not sure what that is. Maybe i buy 64gb ram. BUt man this sims is demanding. I only play at 2k res and medium settings. https://ibb.co/pr6ZNLjy

I suspect we'll have to wait a while before this crosses Asobo's radar...

September 20, 2025Sep 20 The new night lighting looks great, now it just needs less warm/orange lighting, needs more white. Edited September 20, 2025Sep 20 by Tuskin38
September 20, 2025Sep 20 i upgraded to 64gb ram. THat was it. I now have ultra smoothie fps. Weird that just game uses so much now. its around 30-33 with medium settings on 2k. With fslabs and flytampa eham. But this did it. Everything in green.
September 20, 2025Sep 20 I was on a business trip the whole week and I just tried the beta today, God Lord, suddenly the A350 performance became so good to be true, like really really good. I wonder what magic Asobo did here, like really wow 😳. Just picture, I used to get 50 or even 40 fps (with FG) and now comfortably 90 or even 100 under the same exact circumstances Edited September 20, 2025Sep 20 by omarsmak30 AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 64GB DDR5 6000MHZ RAM, RX7900XT, FreeSync 165hz 1440p display

I am still getting excellent performance with 32 GB here (4k ultra settings), and I know a lot of other people are as well, so maybe it is just that scenario you are flying in, and EHAM is very memory intensive. September 21, 2025Sep 21 noticed in SU4 BETA that introductory video is fixed to 60FPS witch eliminated a very annoying pixelation for some clips, maybe that is a hint to the sweet spot (optimized) of max FPS to play the sim?
