Its defiantly going in the right direction. Its possible that SU4 final build will be the lights off on MSFS2020 for me. I hope !

  • They also improved night lighting

  • I was on a business trip the whole week and I just tried the beta today, God Lord, suddenly the A350 performance became so good to be true, like really really good. I wonder what magic Asobo did here,

  • Just did my first flight in the fenix, landed into fly tampas Sydney and didnt get any stutters through the entire flight, not on take off not in cruise not on landing.  This is the best its ever

If i read all this here it seems still a lot to do for MSFS2024 to reach the stable and more or less bug-free version of MSFS2020 but it looks like they are slowly coming in this direction..

And thats fine 👍

cheers 😉

This is a thread for a beta release, bugs are expected. These ones you’re seeing are new and not present in the non-beta release

the sim is perfectly stable outside of the Beta

Hi, again,

Solved!

I don’t know why, but camera settings had changed my free look mode and free look reset.

They must be in hold and manual!

Sorry for the inconveniences

My personal experience as well. It's just smooth, across multiple high quality payware planes and airports.

I just wonder why you need to put them at the end of every post.

I don’t. Maybe every tenth or so, and why do you care Ken?

But i see people they say with SU3 release Candidate there are still those stuttering landing issues around and that is a no go for me !

cheers 😉

people they say

Try yourself and dont just believe what (few) people say. I for example see no such stutters at all and have no highend System.

and yet SU4 seems to become the next iteration, adding this amazing smoothness…

The very good news is that we've not lost performance from build to build so far, which was the case in the SU3 beta. This is most definitely a focused effort to improve performance and we're starting to see the performance gains the promised the new sim would bring.

In fact, I even gained additional performance with the latest build! And it was already incredible before. So if anything - it's getting even better. And the night lighting is just amazing now!

With the stability and performance gains so far, I'm compelled to say: In the world of simulation, life is great, 2024 best sim ever.

Yep, MSFS 2024 is definitely becoming the best civilian flight sim ever.

Happy to see and hear about the night lighting improvements! I'm not in the beta but from what I understand, the photogrammetry buildings don't currently have any lighting right? Hopefully they fix that in subsequent beta drivers.

Also, if anyone is able to, can you please show some photos in and around Dubai (especially the desert areas) at night?

Have anyone been able to get their Citation X load without all black screens.

I'm not ready to drop money on the Fenix yet, and I can't get much in the way of third party stuff to work on this beta.  Has anyone had any luck with the FBW A320?
