Not surprised. Got burned with their A350. They'll now keep telling everyone that they had real pilots test the thing and this is all correct and as expected. Then, in about 6 months after patch 247 they start to fix some of the things. The A350 still feels super weird when hand flying and I'd eat my hat if that is actually how the real aircraft feels when hand flying. Their EGLL Premium has had a broken T3 with missing buildings for about half a year now. It's been repeatedly raised by various people on their forums. Every 4-5 weeks they say "they're looking into it" or "they're following up again" and then nothing. That's their business model.

Was supposed to fly SFO to Heathrow in 787 but instead we got dumped into the A340 (Virgin Atlantic). But, I’m so very curious on how loud this simulated version is from the cockpit. that must of been a while ago, and ps they took the crew rest off it too on quite a number of flights (like the a332 and 333) ... Grrrr as mentioned before, noone liked working on the 343, its was horrible Edited October 7, 2025Oct 7 by fluffyflops

October 7, 2025Oct 7 FPS is terrible though, I was doing CYVR to CYYC, was only getting ~23FPS for most of the flight, even at cruise. CPU main threading, not graphics performance as lowering my settings did not improve FPS. Switched to SU4 beta, got a little over double the FPS. Edited October 7, 2025Oct 7 by Tuskin38

October 7, 2025Oct 7 Got it, flew a short LPPR - LPPT. Great! Smooth as silk! Smooth and fluid throughout the flight. Auto land worked and worked well. Not a bad V. 1.0 release at all. YMMV, TANSTAAFL, -B
October 7, 2025Oct 7 Yep. Love it. Amazing performance on SU3, smooth as silk, no issues. Yes - Running 4K, TAA, Say Intentions, GSX and all full steam payware sceneries etc etc etc. Modelling is AAA and those CRTs are just goodness. Jase Edited October 7, 2025Oct 7 by MassiveSim32
October 7, 2025Oct 7 The anti Ini bots are out in force today. I won't get it myself as I enjoy the A350 way more and will wait for the A380.
October 7, 2025Oct 7 assume they didn't expose the MCDU like they didn't in their other planes? I hadn't thought of that...I just assumed (obviously incorrectly) that most third party vendors would expose the MCDU/FMC given the hardware thats currently on the market. If the MCDU isn't exposed I won't be buying it. Kael Oswald 9950X3D/ 64GB DDR5 6200 @ CL30 / Custom Water Loop / RTX 5090 / 3 x 48" LG C4 OLEDs

October 8, 2025Oct 8 Bought it tonight, I will transfer it to the ini store whenever that becomes an option but in the meantime the marketplace purchase was issue free, certainly no reason to stay away from this IMHO. Didn’t have time for a full flight tonight, I went through my normal Sim brief and preflight procedures and took off from JFK as if I was flying to Heathrow. Overall, performance was decent, certainly in line with any other detailed airliners I have. It is very nice to look at certainly felt very heavy on takeoff and climbed like a goose with a broken wing as expected haha. Sounds are quite nice. There does seem to be some aggressive collision boxes in the cabin, which sometimes make it seem as if you’re running into invisible barriers. Also, I found that any liveries I downloaded were being assigned to all four types, including both freighters and passenger versions, I’m not sure if that’s intentional or a bug. all in all though first impressions are quite good. I’m looking forward to flying this as it’s something I’ve never really had a chance to fly in flight simulator before. 42 minutes ago, micstatic said: assume they didn't expose the MCDU like they didn't in their other planes?
