Should we remain quiet and go with the flow, accepting something that is wrong? Sorry but AVSim forums is not the proper place to address all the issues that people are facing. Never had or never will.

Any aviation forum dedicated to "flight simulation" is suitable for discussing a flight simulator or game, especially when pointing out flaws and bugs. I'm sorry that your anger is preventing you from seeing that it's not about "PRO PILOTS" or that this is "the root of the problem". We are simply aiming to improve what can be improved, highlighting areas for growth, nothing more. FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL! We read comments from all over the internet (wherever people are discussing MSFS, including, but not limited to, the official forums, Reddit, Discord, Facebook, Bluesky, Threads, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Avsim forums) to listen to what simmers are saying and document their feedback. However, you're correct that to get a community-reported bug acknowledged and logged for the devs to resolve, we kindly ask that you submit a bug report using the proper bug report template on the official forums. We never delete bug reports threads, but we will lock posts and merge all the comments into an existing topic if someone else has already created a bug report for that same issue. October 8, 2025Oct 8 Considering our sim replicates the globe as a digital twin, Asobo/MS have done a remarkable job. Yep, these things shown in the pic pop up from time to time, however considering the scope of this project, I'm happy with what I get to "virtually" fly in every day. Don't stress the small stuff everyone, just think back to what we used to have. We are pretty lucky I reckon. Jase

Absolutely, what I say is genuine, and my critics, even if they might be an inconvenience for certain people, are based on my knowledge gained from over 45 years in the airline industry. It's not meant to be taken personally; it's for the benefit of all, as I mentioned. We want something to be as close to reality and hope for certain fixes. Just plain and simple, believe me, I'm not gonna waste my time picking a fight or making up unproductive stories on a forum. To address your recommendation regarding bug reporting, rest assured that I have done so, as I mentioned a few posts ago. 747 Captain for the last 39 years, and still learning.

Unfortunately the sim still has many flaws. Not only the one pointed out by the OP, but a lot of others too as you all know. On my last flight to KTVL, on final RWY 18, I was unpleasantly surprised by unrealistically gigantic trees obstructing my glide path.
