May 27May 27 As for the deficiencies in the Phenom's outside modeling you guys should check out the video on the upcoming Citation Souvereign by Skyward Simulations to be found at A330 Driver's chanell. They DID model the latches to open the compartments correctly.
May 27May 27 That is one tight cockpit. Also suprised by how low this guy is sitting.https://youtu.be/6WiT7655Dtc?si=TKtPaGM84rw1PWf3&t=204 Ron MSFS 2024 -Too many airplanes to name. Too many airports to name.

I will keep an eye open once it is released to get a sense of it. I sure hope it is a rich feature set with deep systems, proper interactions, and a solid flight model because it is exactly the kind of plane I would like to have in my hanger. But those things are a must for me, otherwise the Longitude can meet my needs.1 hour ago, Farlis said:The 2nd part of the review shows a couple of things that are off on the system side,I have not had time to watch the second video but again from what I have heard they seem like rather small, normal things that are found after a release; it is the same with Fenix, PMDG, all the developers, things get missed and picked up after release and then gradually resolved. Raul is pretty dedicated so if he can fix it I am sure he will. And as Ron said, none of them are really substantial, show stopping issues. Likely did not need two full length videos. MSFS 2024. And I think that if you can't put it where it really belongs, then you'd better decide to ommit its simulation.this is an utterly ridiculous opinion. The simmers that care about external walkarounds care about interacting with the aircraft in a reasonably realistic manner. It’s FAR better to have the pin interactivity simulated than missing.Like, are you now going to complain that the pitot flags don’t slide off and actually roll up in your hand, or that the chocks just disappear into thin air…? 🤣 Edited May 27May 27 by UrgentSiesta
May 27May 27 The Phenom also comes with some charts I didnt have with the HJET. 😊Also, it is the best looking plane in MSFS.dd Edited May 27May 27 by Sky_Pilot071
May 27May 27 Hi All how is GSX with this plane see a lot of built in passenger service does that mean GSX will not work . Second does this plane save and restore reasonably easily mid flight maybe with a quick simbrief import to continue my flight. Colin hodds I7 9700K,nvidia 3090 ,ssd ,32gig 3200mhz ram ,win10,prep3d
May 28May 28 I think some simmers are really getting carried away - at the end of the day we're sitting in a chair in front of a PC - not even the highest end addons are close to actual flying. This addon cost less than 40 USD - a decade ago people would have killed to get an addon of this quality! | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

For that price it would be nice to also have the MFD/PFD buttons to work. I'm fine with all the rest, but haven't flown enough for a rating for now.

You could also be assured that any bugs / errors etc would absolutely NEVER be fixed.I believe there is a patch due out today for the Phenom (as in I am sure I read it on their Discord), so they do seem pretty hard at it still, with some nice new features coming as well... May 28May 28 https://imgur.com/a/I1IJBccThe PFD seems ok but the upper MFD none of those buttons work. It's only my second flight, so yes maybe it's a Working title limitation for now? Edited May 28May 28 by Mike44

The buttons on the MFD are there in case you PFD fails and you will switch to the MFD as a reversionary backup display and then the buttons have their functions again they would have on the PFD. Sadly thats not simulated by the WT G3000 base yet.

So far I'm finding much to like and little to complain about. There seems to be a higher level of depth than the Longitude which is saying something. It also works really well with VR (some don't yet) and the cockpit view in VR is something to experience. I have my own list of things I'd like improved...I think we, probably, all do. But, it feels right flying it, it's single-pilot certified, and it's fun. Not to take anything away from the Sovereign for those that want a two-pilot aircraft.
