Phenom 300 soon? (released 18 May 26)

Featured Replies

Many aircraft trailers have recorded segments in replay mode. Aircraft behaviour on the ground, animation effects, etc. are not always reproduced correctly during replay of the original flight. Sounds are also not 100% accurate depending on the camera position in replay mode. So, do not read too much into something that does not seem right in promotional trailers. This aircraft has been vetted by 5 active Phenom pilots and tuned to the utmost accuracy that MSFS2024 permits.

I think some simmers are really getting carried away - at the end of the day we're sitting in a chair in front of a PC - not even the highest end addons are close to actual flying. This addon cost les

"Silly"? Really? He may well be a great guy and fun to know in person, but personal styles and all that. I have a VERY hard time watching him for more than a few minutes, without thinking - could you

  • Another video was posted an hour ago.  bit more than the 45 second 'cinematic' one above. Lot's of views of the nice eye candy.  Looks great!

Hopefully we will better tell tomorrow during the stream. That'll be where we can better observe this issue to see if it was part of the playback or something else like sensitivity settings.

Just watched the video and yes, that T/O rolls seemed really twitchy. I hope it was just a replay artifact. There are way too many addons at the moment, where the immersion is ruined by twitchy behaviour. Like you're flying a paper aeroplance, rather than something weighing 6 tons.

The FSR500 isn’t a twitchy addon at all, and it’s a v2020 addon that’s only had a compatibility pass for 2024.

My faith is high that the FSR Phenom will handle at least as well. 👍

I use a 6 DOF motion rig and VR, the take offs and landings can be so rough with heave my VR headset can slip out of place. Some of the issue seems to be how the sim handles cross winds with some exaggerated wheelbarrow effects.

Just flight seem to have cracked it with their Hawk feeling and behaving well on take off.

This is one of the reasons why I only ever fly in calm conditions. I really do not want my aircraft swinging from side to side (either during the take off roll, or when climbing out). I am sure that there is a good reason why the Phenom swung rather violently on the take off in the video, but I would not want my aircraft to do that.

I wonder why Raul has turned off all comments in his videos?

Seems paradoxical to use social media to promote something, then not allow people to discuss it, ask questions and generate interest.

Expect even the lifts to work in the FBO and to have to feed the fish in the aquarium! 🤭

I don't know, but there are plenty comments on FSReborn discord chat

Unfortunately, history has shown us time and again that the presence of so-called real-life test pilots is no guarantee whatsoever.

I wonder why Raul has turned off all comments in his videos?

Better to keep comments and interactions at one place and handle them well, or have several places and probably loose oversight?

Just when I think that Raul's attention to detail must have hit a peak, he goes and boosts it even higher. Those FBOs are works of art. I really love the engine fan blades spinning under the coffee table 😎

If anyone gets into a conversation face to face with Raul, as I have a few times over the years you notice a couple of things, his talent and his passion for aviation and Flight simulation in particular. This Biz jet will be excelent.

YouTube comments are a cesspool of keyboard commandos just as bad as Reddit.

Except withe YouTube, you can actually share something of value 😁
