Ive really never used it, only ever used TAA and DLSS frame gen in sim but never actual DLSS.DLSS Quality (don't use the others they're way too blurry) does increase performance a bit but the tradeoff is a slightly loss of image clarity vs TAA. There's an even larger tradeoff vs glass cockpits. However, the very latest dlss files (using DLSS swapper or nvidia's app) are pretty good, but I don't know how they differ from what's now included in SU6 beta. This also really depends on what resolution you run. At 1080p it's not much of a difference. I run 1440p and I notice a slight increase in perf in DLSS Quality vs TAA. I also sometimes run VR (HP Reverb G2) and that perf gain is much more when I run DLSS quality vs TAA. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

I can click everything else except for that one item. And this is in both 2D and VR. Anyone else?I am having the same issue. I did find a work-around, by accident. If you go to "VR Settings", and try "Global Rendering Quality", it won't go into the settings. While on this tab, select "VR Mode", on the left side of the screen, and now go back to "VR Graphics/Global Rendering Quality", you now have access to the settings. Weird, but it works for me every time now. 32GB DDR4 3200Mhz i7-9700K RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6

Tuesday at 05:23 PM3 days It looks like the default apron lighting kinda sucks right now. I guess that's why the clarified that more improvements would come through the course of the beta. For now, it looks like something AI generated. 5800X3D. 32 GB RAM. 1TB SATA SSD. 3TB HDD. RX 9070XT.

Weird, but it works for me every time now.I'm able to see my Global rendering settings as it has always been. I'm sure some bug has got past the beta testing team before release. So far, I'm in the middle of 3-hour flight in PMDG 378. So far everything is going smoothly. I had some issues when I first loaded the plane. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling. Keep my fingers crossed to complete this flight. I think the SU6 broke my Volanta where my sim freezes. So far no issues in flight now but I did not start Volanta.Happy flying Bill McIntyre Asus StrixB650E-F Gamer, AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D, Corsair Titanium DDR5 64GB, Samsung 990 PRO-4TB M.2, (4) 2TB SSD's, Corsair H1150i liquid cooler, RTX 2080TI Founders Edition, (2) LG 34" HD Curved Monitor, Sound Blaster Audigy X, 1Kw PC Power & Cooling Power Supply, Corsair Obsidian Full tower Case. Tuesday at 06:36 PM3 days SU6. I can successfully click the global rendering screen , works exactly as in the past. Love SU6. Clouds? I pay very little attention to the clouds because they always look fine to me compared to the clouds in real aviation videos I see on Youtube. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Tuesday at 06:38 PM3 days Stability is perfect in SU6. Unless I crank up the graphic settings above what my hardware can do. If I do that, then I get the issues others speak about. So I don't do that. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Wednesday at 08:34 AM2 days Very good performance here: less RAM and VRAM misuse, virtually I don't see differences between quality, TAA and DLAA settings. But on the ILS landings I don't see, or I don't understand, the supposed improvements landing with TFDI MD11 or the Fenix A320.PS: we have lights in the airports, finally!
