This is exactly it Funky. And the evidence is all over youtube with videos from various content creators who even make reference to the issue. So it isn't just 'Bobcat's' computer or setup, as some would like to gaslight. However, we have the usual fanclub here who can't take any criticism of their favourite toy to the degree of denial and only responding with insults.

And as for the same 'old tired arguments', well they might be, but actually they are sadly the same old tired TRUTHS that some people just can't tolerate. But its OK. It tends to come from same old tired anti-clever people who tend to reply with petulant snipes rather than wanting to improve the situation, so their views are worth nothing, apart from maybe having a laugh at them from time to time as they are so absurd. 😄

agreed.

I can’t get Vsync to work in game with FG on, still get screen tearing regardless of setting. That’s a pity as I was hoping to be able to set everything up in sim rather than have to twiddle with Nvidia settings in the app.

thanks, updated and now the iFly does not freeze anymore when loading a flight, resulting in a frozen screen. seems ChasePlane was the culprit. works beautifully now

It's happening to me and I don't have chaseplane.

did a short hop in the A350, no issues in SU6

i had a similar issue. However in my case if I set vsync forced on in NCP and then set vsync on in ms24 it works.

More testing tomorrow , but it looks promising.

My sim was working fune until 5.1 update which seemily nerfed intoi a stutter fest, hence me signing up to the beta I felt i didnt have anything to loose as I was looking at a reinstall anyways.

Am I going crazy or did all the default camara views change? I have never changed any views always used the default 3rd party aircraft camera views. Now looks like they all changed since updating to SU6.

I tested the Ifly 737 MAX on the SU6 beta. I didn't do a full flight, but it seems to be flying well.

However, it has some bugs. One is that it can only be loaded by enabling the new option in assistance settings to disable pre-flight walkaround, otherwise it freezes after loading. Another is that some sounds are missing. Especially the sound of the buttons, switches, GPWS, and all alerts. Engine sounds are okay.

Of all the aircraft I have and have tested, the Ifly 737 MAX was the only one where I found bugs at first glance.

It works for me by forcing it on in NCP as it always has but off in NCP and on in the sim doesn’t do anything. I’m finding this update to be a bit of stutter fest unfortunately.

It's freezing for me anyways even with walk around disabled.

I too am experiencing freezes. Seems to be no rhyme or reason. Quite unpredictable.

I saw a YouTube video by Airnott and he was testing FSR 4.1 as he has an AMD graphics card, he was suffering those pauses too.

I’m not seeing them on my system with a 4090 using dlss quality setting.

Only bug I’ve found so far is FSReborn Phenom 300e under carriage doesn’t retract.

also why would they hire me?

Well, you seem to think you have a monopoly on the truth. You repeatedly judge the developers as if you know exactly what is going on behind the scenes of this extremely complex project. So yes, your expertise could skyrocket this simulator to perfection! They need people like you to do their quality control. Excuse my sarcasm.

So for you it's acceptable to continually release updates with regressions? Game breaking ones at that? Of which there is 6 years of evidence, all there on the internet to be seen.

Is it wrong to want standards to improve? Is it wrong to want a product/development team to get better in areas that it's/they are lacking?

Are you able to answer those questions in an adult manner, or is cheap sarcasm your only response?

I uninstalled the I fly, deleted the WASM folder rebooted computer, then reinstalled I fly, updated nav data. Started FS and loaded the Max. let it rebuild the wasm folder while spawning at airport. After it loaded, I exited back to main menu. Then reloaded the Max. Loaded simbrief flight plan at LAX and flew to New Orleans with no issues or freezes. Had all my addons running in the background. Did another flight from SEA to ANC, no freezes no issues.
