IniBuilds A380 Live Stream

It’s quite simple, really:

IniBuilds intends to be the PMDG of Airbus.

As such, they’re not going to cede the penultimate Airbus to anyone.

I get your point that they want to be the biggest name for that family of aircraft, but my god, let's all hope and pray that they don't take on PMDG's glacial update pace or below average graphical quality! INI has them beat in those respects by several orders of magnitude.

With the troubles of all their other airplanes, not going near this.

  • Because they're business? the ini one will be higher fidelity their last 2 aircraft had good releases. Your loss. Their last 2 aircraft had no real troubles at launch.

I have a majority of ini airplanes. But it is way too frustrating to fly them. Wasm crashes, freezes, airplane drops out of sky. It happened to me over the weekend. Set up for a long haul in the A350. 10 minutes into climb, tried to remove a disc in the box. All the screens turned orange. Couldn’t disconnect the autopilot and the airplane flew out of control into the ground.

L1011 same thing. Climbing out of SFO over Nevada. Airplane suddenly froze and just started to blow around like a leaf in the wind. Tried doing the same flight again the next day. Made it to STL but the airplane can’t fly an ILS.

Few weeks ago in the A300. Just leveled out HNL-OAK. Airplane suddenly did a 360 and nose dived into the water.

I don’t get a lot of time to sim. It so aggravating when you take time out of your schedule to enjoy your hobby and things end up like that.

I don’t have these issues with the MD-11, MD-80, PMDG, Fenix, Just Flight. Only ini. How am I supposed to feel?

@Dreamflight767 I get it, and deeply sympathise but people should not be chastised as another poster did for someone who is lucky enough not to have issues and enjoys the product.

The MD-11 and Maddog are very good, especially the Maddog. Unfortunately other than some Fedex freight routes there aren't any real-world routes for either - not that it really matters. I still fly them because they're so good.

Futile question but no mention of a release time frame?

No they never talk about release info on the preview streams, the last time frame they gave on discord was 'the summer'.

If they want to keep to their 'this summer' time frame, it will have to be out on or before the 22nd.

They usually do the MSFS preview stream around 2-3 weeks before release.

Given that Filton, Bristol was mentioned during the presentation as being a large part in A380 construction, and we have the FSimUK Flightsim show on Oct 10/11 in Bristol , and iniBuilds plans to be at the show, I'm wondering whether they might release it at the show on that date?

I'm almost certain it will be released this month.

Watched bits and piece of it. Looked okay I guess, but why use twitch with its god-awful low resolution? Why not just youtube it? Made it really hard to see the details and discern what everything actually looks like. I just don't get twitch I suppose.

I think ifs it going to be fully ready by say Christmas, then yes in true Inibuilds style they will release around 3 months early. So yes September.

Once the hype train starts, and its started theres no turning back
