October 18Oct 18 Does anyone notice more micro stutters with SU7 and 7.1 Beta? Seems to be more micro stuttering when panning, taking off, landing. Su6 was better and Su5 was the best i think Edited October 18Oct 18 by Aviator_2024

October 19Oct 19 Yep unplayable for me I'll stick with X-Plane til the sim goes back to some sort of reasonable shape. It's just taken a nose dive since SU6.

October 19Oct 19 I’ve been spending some time experimenting with the “drag” issue. In and out of lots of flights and addons, LOTS of low level flying over urban scenery & payware airports There’s problems with SU7.0, but stuttering ain’t one of ‘em (for me). 🤙
October 19Oct 19 No stuttering for me neither. Same performance as SU6. Private Pilot | Windsor Flying Club | CYQGIntel i5 14400F | Manli RTX 3090 24GB | Kingston DDR4 32GB | MSFS2020&24 | AutoFPS & Nexus Mods DLSS Enabler |
October 19Oct 19 Since SU7, I think the visual clarity has improved a little, though that could also be down to the new Nvidia driver (certainly buildings look smoother and cleaner). To me smoothness and performance feels a litle bit off though. Some have also sugested LOD has been decreased a little as well, though I'm not sure abut that. October 19Oct 19 It's my understanding that after a game update you should probably delete your rolling cache if you use one and any other game caches for that matter. I use that 'Cache Removal' tool found on fsto.
