Legislation was proposed last year to greatly increase the number of charging stations across the country. It was killed. I'll just leave it at that.

GSX isn't available yet for MSFS. I know that Umberto is working on it but I don't think there's an estimate yet of when it will be released. Look for Ambitiouspilots toolbar pushback. It's a nice freeware\donationware pushback utility.

I had the same thing happen the other day. No idea why.

FWIW, I tried NZMF with Rex Weatherforce 2020 and there was no snow on the ground. With Live Weather in MSFS there was, as you said. The reporting station was Christchurch for Rex. It showed NCD in the metar but there were clouds in the sim.

If it was easy it would have already been done. I agree, I don’t think we’ll see it anytime soon.

There goes the cost of cooking oil!

That's a shame. I used his guides for years.

Make sure in your settings of AIGTC that you're pointed to the directory , aig-aitraffic-oci-beta. When you start the program and point it to your sim, airports will load first and the AIGFP will load. If the flight plans aren't loading then it will not inject traffic.

That would be an understatement. Hopefully with the changes that were made we won't see a repeat performance.

My wife and I are psyched for the beginning of the F1 season this weekend.

PMDG NG3 "Footrest" Textures, cont.
mwilk replied to Stearmandriver's topic in Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020)
A lot of people would be surprised how dirty and beat up these cockpits get after a few years. Not to mention the comments written about management in the window tracks.😄 -
You only have one chance...PMDG, Fenix or Maddog?
mwilk replied to JLuis's topic in Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020)
If it's only one it would be PMDG. I know what I'm getting and it's an aircraft I would use a lot. While the Maddog is a nice airplane it's not in use as much anymore. Fenix looks like it's going to be very good but they have no track record, so I'll wait for the reviews. That being said, I don't see me limiting myself to just one so I'll probably own all three eventually. -
This process basically melts the two sections of rail together. A weld would break due to constant flexing. They used to use gussets and bolts to join 2 sections of rail.

Sometimes live weather is a complete bust and other times it's pretty accurate. This is the current metar at KDFW: KDFW 031653Z 33016G24KT 3/4SM R17C/3500V4500FT SN VV017 M06/M08 A3024 RMK AO2 PK WND 34027/1636 PLE34 SLP243 P0049 T10561078 This is pretty accurate to live weather as depicted in the screen shot. We actually have more snow on the ground than MSFS shows but that's to be expected.

Or, they could go the Asobo route and beta test for two weeks before they release. We shall see.
-
I could have used that last month when I bought mine.
-
I have now. I don't know why I didn't think to look there. Thanks.

Hi Dave, Norwegian Air Shuttle, previously NAX, Norshuttle, has changed their designator to NOZ and callsign to Norseman. Is it possible to change those in one of the upcoming betas? Thanks.

Multiple pilots on YouTube have said that it looks staged. My guess is Trevor's flying days may be over for a while as the FAA is investigating along with the NTSB.

Climbing out of Calgary on a cold winter's evening.

It's not a huge step backwards when the default live weather is down. It's an alternative to flying in unrealistic conditions.

Here's Juan Brown's (AA 777 pilot) take on the Learjet accident. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lalLdpFAryI
-
Yes. He's a 777 F/O for American. He does a good job of explaining what may have led to the accident. I wonder if this guy stalled while making his turn to the runway?
