  1. Corporations decided a long time ago that it was cheaper to pay ridiculous amounts of overtime than hire people at a decent wage with benefits.
  2. I did it for a living for 36 years. It's not as glamorous as it looks.😁
  3. I spent the better part of 36 years in cargo bins for a US Airline. The worst thing to ever happen was when they started putting wheels on luggage. Up to that point people had to carry their luggage so they were a little more conservative with how much they put in their bags.. Once they didn't have to carry their luggage anymore all bets were off.
  4. Was there a contest and I missed it? Shoot, story of my life.
  5. When it's your time.... It's your time. No sooner, no later. Damned profound, if I do say so myself.🤣
  6. I use flightaware for flying in the US but it doesn't show routings for Europe or Oceana.
  7. A lot of good info in this video. Thanks for posting.
  8. I'd prefer to see the A321 as opposed to the A319.
  9. I’m laying on the beach and won’t be home until next Friday. You guys get all the kinks worked out by next week please. Have fun.
  10. I used it yesterday. The flight plan worked fine but when I tried to load the winds I got an error message. Something about incorrect format.
  11. If you think PMDG is a multi million dollar company, I'll have a little of what you're smoking.
  12. My first flight in the new 737-700. KDAL-KABQ.
  13. If you listen to the beginning of the controller talking to him, he knew where the vertical speed indicator was and how to read it. Not something that someone with no knowledge would be able to identify. I was a little suspicious too but maybe that's just the cynic in me.
  14. And probably a lot that the -700 never saw.
  15. See. How hard can it be? 🤣
  16. There are repaints in American Airlines livery for just about every airplane for any sim out there. What does licensing have to do with it?
  17. The PMDG -700 is going to be a freebie for me so I'm sure I'll get the Fenix offering too.
  18. Here's the low down. [07MAY22] PMDG 737-700 Release: Pricing. Where and How to Purchase Today, 16:10 Captains- As we move into the release phase, there are a couple of questions related to purchasing that keep coming up in various threads, so I thought I would address them in a single location. Where to Purchase: www.PMDG.com: It is estimated that the product will become available between the hours of 1700Z and 2359Z/09MAY. In the event of a delay, we will alert you here in the PMDG forum. Where to Purchase: Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace The PMDG 737-700 will become available through Marketplace at some date in the future. The product has not yet been submitted to MS Marketplace, as our goal is to ensure that the product is stable before putting it into the MS intake system. It took a few months for DC-6 to complete the intake process and become live. MS had made continued improvements to the intake process and we anticipate it will take less time for 737, but we must reach consensus on stability before we will submit it to them because it is harder to push updates to MS Marketplace users quickly if they are needed. Pricing: Release Promotional Pricing for the 737-700 is $69.99. Upon release of the 737-600, Promotional Pricing will end and the price will rise to $74.99. Prepar3D 737NGXu Move-Up Program (Nov-Dec2019): For those customers who purchased the PMDG 737NGXu for Prepar3D during November/December 2019, you automatically qualified for the PMDG 737 for MSFS Move-Up program. This promotion requires that you use your credits only at www.pmdg.com. You cannot use them in MS Marketplace. If you qualified for this unique program, PMDG has automatically added $99.99 in credit to your account at PMDG.com. You may use this credit toward the purchase of any PMDG product that you like. Unused credits will remain in your account and can be used on multiple purchases. Credits will remain available through 31DEC24. Individuals who received promotional copies of the 737NGXu do not qualify for this program. Individuals who received refunds on the qualifying NGXu purchase, or who have otherwise had their account access removed do not qualify for this program. If you feel that you qualify but do not see credit in your account, please contact technical support. The PMDG 737NGX for FSX or Prepar3D does not qualify for this program. 19. If you close one eye, turn your head to the side, and squint, it could be a 737-300. Oh, and ignore the winglets.
  20. Nice shots. How was the performance coming into Boston?
  21. Yeah, that was a real shot. I wonder if the batter was talking smack to the pitcher because the umpire is running and pointing at the batter.
  22. When it starts to inject make sure that it is reading the flight plans. When you start the program it will indicate startup at the bottom of the UI. Then it will load airports. The last step is loading AIGFP Data. If it doesn't load the flight plans you won't see any traffic. In your TC settings make sure you have it pointed to where you have your AIG aircraft/ flightplans installed. Like this : I:\MSFS\Community\aig-aitraffic-oci-beta.
  23. Legislation was proposed last year to greatly increase the number of charging stations across the country. It was killed. I'll just leave it at that.
