  1. I would like the MD-90 alot more to be honest, not a very good sim for that particular plane at the moment
  2. The only thing i make out of Rob's quoted statement is that the 777 will not release before the fancon. Anything else is just wild speculation...
  3. As an alternative you can download an auto installer that you just run after updating your navdata Found here: http://vapap.com/kai-tak-airport
  4. My all time favourite livery of the 777 must have been the Gulf Air livery. It's only too bad that it doesen't exist today. A very close second place is Emirates
  5. for me it's the 777 and the 747-400 and -8I
  6. Why not the MD90-30? That's an airliner i'd love to see properly simulated
  7. I re-calibrated my CH pedals after putting one old CD-cover under each brake pedal, that completely eliminated the problem for me
  8. If TrackIR is on, then this only confirms my suspicion, but it only happens to me when i get sunlight on the sensor unit, or from another lightsource. Especially if you don't wear the headset/cap at the time when it occurs. If you reset the TrackIR cam, that should take care of the weird angles, the flashes on the other hand i don't know. Hope it works out whatever the problem may be
  9. Is TrackIR turned off when this happens? This does happen to me as well some times, but that is purely because there's too much light in the room when im useing TrackIR, and the camera goes crazy and gives me all kinds of weird angles.
  10. Seems like UK2000 have started to work on Leeds, just take a look at their forums
  11. My favourite livery must be the Jet2 livery, for the special liveries the alaska salmon is a good number one At a good second place is SAS, nothing special really, but i kinda like the colour combinations
  12. You're not the only one, i'm using it in the VC as well
  13. Cool video I just hope that SAS will make it, though it looks like it's heading for a bankruptcy in not too long
  14. I think you're spot on there. Personally i don't really expect to see the 777 being released this year anyway. I would of course love to be proven wrong on this, but realistically i don't think it will happen.
  15. Although i didn't fly very long for BA Virtual, i can truly recommend it, probably the best VA i've been in to date. I hope to be able to resume my virtual career there sometime in the future again, when i get more time to enjoy flightsim
  16. Judging by how addictive the NGX is, i can't even begin to imagine how the 777 will turn out to be. It's my definite favourite airliner out there today. I fear my social life will end as i know it
  17. I'm afraid the NGX have become somewhat of an addiction to me.. damn you PMDG
  18. I personally believe the silence is a good thing. for me it means that thay're probably hard at work developing the project. Silence in the PMDG forum is not a bad thing folks, at least not in my opinion We all know it will be worth it in the end
  19. Thanks for the update Truly looking forward to this one :)
  20. Truly wish i could be there, but both the wallet and the working schedual says no, so maybe next year if there will be one then.
  21. My apologies for that Robert, i did not mean to come with personal attacks. I said what i said, based on what i've seen on their forums, and certain replies there are comepletely uncalled for.And to be completely honest, i don't think the Level D guys would want to meet me in real life, and neither would i want to meet them. However i will not comment on other developers in this forum in the future. I'm sorry if i offended anyoneHave a nice weekend.
  22. the person who's repsonsible for running the LevelD forums (Not going to mention any names here) is certainly a bit too arrogant for his own good. And i don't think we will ever see that 757. to me it looks like it's Abandoned, or even worse Wapourware (Yes i know they have showed us 1 screenshot of a 2d panel, but nothing on the visual model and the VC)Seems like it's up to PMDG to deliver a 757 whenever they get time in the future, they will probably beat LevelD with about 10 years in releasing it too :(
  23. Fantastic news!I could never even have ventured to guess what this project was.. What a positive surprise this is!I'm almost as excited as the day i flew with Dakota Norway's shiny DC-3 with those awesome radial piston engines after reading this topic :)I remember that before takeoff they had to test both ignition systems to make sure there was no malfunction, then it took off and slowly climbed up towards the bright blue sky. It was undescribeable to listen to those fantastic engines and enjoying the local scenery. Can't wait to fire up those DC-6 engines. Truly looking forward to this one.
  24. indeed... need to pay extra to unlock other regions of the world, and i wonder when they have finally covered the enitre globe, and how much it will cost to buy it all.To me it seems like a prison.. stuck in the paradise island of Oahu..
  25. The 737-800 is safely parked at Gate 218 at KLAXThe 737-700 is awaiting at ENBR Gate 28
