Hi, I am considering the Saitek Multi Panel to add to my setup and to increase immersion and realism. I am one of those simmers that loves complete accuracy such as PMDG. Before I take the plunge and purchase the panel, I'd like to hear from current owners please. I have the following questions to ask before buying: - Does the panel fully work with SPAD and PMDG? (A/T and all A/P functions working) - Can the sensitivity of the autopilot knob be changed to allow for faster autopilot functions? - Does it work with the LDS 767, all PMDG aircraft and Aerosoft Airbus X? - Is a fully registered FSUIPC version required to achieve the items mentioned above? I am pretty comfortable with FSX and all my add-ons, and there will be more great add-ons in years to come. However, I'm looking at P3D version 2 right now. FSX will remain installed on my machine, it's just that P3D looks really nice.

Hi, I just recently bought the Just Flight BAe 146, and I noticed two errors. The first one was that the cockpit night lighting doesn't work, even if I click on the button on the overhead. The second error is that the GPWS is WAY too loud compared to the aircraft and it is also quite misaligned. For example, the "Ten" callout is called when the aircraft is 0.5 feet off the ground. This takes a lot of the immersion straight out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :smile: Thank you in advance.

Ouch... Hopefully it gets resolved very soon. I believe that A330 (A6-EYJ) is still in Brisbane. I wonder what they're doing with the passengers though, since there's a full A330 load of them stranded in Brisbane. This service runs daily, but then there's another load of passengers for tomorrow's flight.

Looks absolutely awesome- I'm not too much of a fan of the cockpit though. The current colour looks much better.

I think I'll get the Tristar and 146. I love L1011s and I need a 146 for short Australian regional hops. On that note, how does one navigate in the 146 base pack? This is a fantastic deal, thanks Scott!

If you like complexity and realism, the 777 won't disappoint. It's just so immersive and realistic.

Yep, you have to pay. Expansion packs from PMDG are usually around $25 and include two or three models. Don't forget that since the NGX expansion, PMDG have added differences between the expansion models and the base pack. For example, the 777-300ER should feel heavier and longer than the 77L given the large difference in size. They also include cockpit differences, big or small.

PMDG don't make 2D cockpits anymore. Their last aircraft with a 2D cockpit was the NGX, but given the advances in VC graphics and functionality, there's no real point in making a 2D anymore.

Oh yes! I need to get this for my 777!

On my machine there's about a 4-5 fps difference, the 747 having lower FPS.

I just got on to the website with no troubles. Might have been maintenance. EDIT: My bad, I was looking at Aerosim.com.

I love ORBX Brisbane. I live about 20km from YBBN and go spotting there every week or two, so I am very familiar with the environment. It has all been recreated with amazing detail- all the way up to the little cement platform that was built for us plane spotters!

The 744 runs fantastically on Win7. A bit FPS consuming though, but not much more than the NGX.

So, guys, is it worth the money? I'm starting to be concerned given these support issues.

To be honest I never fly long haul, mostly because it's easier to accommodate a 2 hour flight in one day than a 15 hour flight. I really would like to fly something like KLAX-YBBN if I had the time.

Oh, by the way guys, does it stay in place on the desk or does it slide away when you push a button?
