  1. Could be you need to bind both the THROTTLE 1 AXIS and THROTTLE 2 AXIS to the CH yoke throttle axis.
  2. Good idea. I was just wondering myself.
  3. I had to look that one up. But thanks Carenado, for the empennage update, and the rest.
  4. Hmmmm. will the installer create an EXE.XML if it doesn't already exist?
  5. It should be that easy. I have been having luck by not even programming an approach into the MCDU with this v.0.9.1. I believe this was mentioned on their discord although I can't seem to find it now in that mess. Choose the Rwy ILS, its frequency and HDG and when i get to the top of descent switch to HDG mode, descend and vector myself into the airport. So far so good intercepting LOC and following the GS. BTW, new docx for v0.9.2 are available at https://docs.flightsim-studio.com/docs/perf-index-1 and a new build on the 24th of this month.
  6. In Lorbys AAO For the throttle I use Select Event > Throttle > AXIS_THROTTLE1_SET: Set throttle 1/2/3/4 exactly (0 - 16383) min: -16383 max 16383 For the propeller I use Select Event > !! Flight control axis > AXIS_PROPELLER1_SET: Propeller 1 min: -16383 max 16383 For the Condition Lever I use Select Axis > Mixture 1 min: -1 max 1 Gets the job done although I can't feather the propeller with this setting. Mixture has full range but no detents. I used to have a CH Eclipse yoke but it developed the yips. These settings are for a Turtle Beach V1F so hopefully the same.
  7. I've noticed how great the loading screens' scenery looks compared to mine inside the sim. I have a decent rig but can't attain the visuals I see while the sim is loading.
  8. Could be cuz one of the developers is BMWorld, as in "Beautiful Model of the World." Anyone who bought into the "one price for all my airports" membership has to be wondering what exactly is going on. Newer airports on their members website are still "on hold" and membership "will be available soon."
  9. Or at least list the filenames of the interior if the user wants to delete them. But a lower price is always a welcome option!
  10. I wasn't interested in the training scenarios so opted for the Standard version. If I change my mind the upgrade is always there. I think at one time the dev discounted the upgrade price, might have been Christmas but maybe at other times, too.
  11. Here's some info on the planned 0.9.1 update on January 17th. https://www.flightsim-studio.com/news-e-jets-update-0-9-1/
  12. Take a look at https://secure.simmarket.com/fsipanel-fsipanel-2020-standard-edition-msfs.phtml. It does some of the things you're asking about and can be used with any plane in which you can set the flight director.
  13. That's the perfect way to summarize this plane in its present state. I flew the Feelthere Ejets in FSX and P3D and want to fallback on the way I did things then, but who knows if that was even right. I believe the FMS software is newer than what was in the Feelthere Ejets and I certainly see a difference. Cockpit textures don't really bother me. It's the dials I'd like to see changed. Right now they're torture to adjust.
  14. Off topic but in the previous (now closed) E175 topic someone mentioned the FSS discord channel or whatever it's called. Anyone have any info or an invite?
  15. PC specs are in my signature. Framerate is comparable to other airliners I have, PMDG 737-700 and AS CRJ 7. 40-50 fps depending whether I'm on the ground or aloft, default airport or KORD, KLAX, etc. Only time I ever observe stutters is in spot view looking forward and down at approx 45 degrees in all planes. Climbs and descends similar to the two airliners mentioned above with the same shortcomings, ie: descend too rapidly and speed control is impossible. If anything it's too cautious approaching selected altitude, same as the Ejets in P3D so it might be normal for these Embraers. Overfly waypoints? No, that award was taken by the AS CRJs. Using the same flightplan as I used testing the CRJ, the E-175 nails the turns greater than 30 degrees. Capturing the LOC/GS is not a frequent problem. In 10 flights it missed the ILS 2 times. That's 80% success rate. If the E-175 was a baseball player it would be paid billions with that average. As the dev suggests for now, approach the ILS at 30 degrees in HDG mode and hit the APR button when the needle starts moving. Letting the FMS bring you in isn't working for me or I'm not understanding correctly. Currently the FD does not pitch up correctly. Too easy to rush past V2+10 at takeoff. Or maybe I'm the problem. I'm the wrong guy to ask about flaring correctly. It's not my strong point so I'll ignore this one. What's a centerline? See above reply. I can do it in the Honda Jet but nose wheel steering in the E-175 needs work. It does not seem to be as slippery as the 737 I have but no idea if this thing accelerates or decelerates per specs. Does not feel like I'm dragging an anchor with flaps deployed. No idea if the engines spool up correctly. First few times I reached altitude the engines sounded like they were shutting down but it was just too much of a sound change which could probably be easily fixed. Non issue unless one is looking for something to word not allowed about. Any show stoppers? No, but I can't get the throttles and spoiler to work in Lorbys AAO. If the various devs use custom code in their planes why keep it a secret. Post the variable scripts needed like Flight FX (the Honda Jet) does. Simmers don't all use the internal control options. No CTDs with this plane. Lots and lots of things as explained by the dev currently don't work. It's far from perfect but it is not the alpha product some claim after watching youtube videos and not actually buying the product. I was surprised at the amount of help files and docs are included showing what is working and what is not. I'm not sure anyone would build this much of a foundation to rip people off for $40. Compared to the $25 price tag of the Honda Jet, everything else is overpriced unless it's free. But I don't have buyer's remorse having spent $40 for this E-175.
  16. Not directed at me, but ... it's way too early to make any comparisons to the Feelthere Ejets v2 or v3. Those were my favorite tubes in P3D. It's not as bad as some people are saying but it is early access, things don't work. Compared to the Honda Jet's $25 price tag everything else in the MSFS universe is overpriced unless it's free.
  17. I don't have a Youtube channel so I don't know nothing, but I followed the FSS dev's advice on coming into the ILS from 30 degrees in heading mode, wait until the needle starts moving and only then hit the approach button. Did not have an issue catching the ILS in the two attempts I've made so far. Could be Emi needs to trade being first for being right.
  18. Go dig thru the Bredok3D 737 threads for a warm welcome to a new developer. And the early Bijan Seasons Pack threads, too. Pretty sure some Avsimmers showed up with ropes. Sells well everywhere. Political commercials, US Congress vetting any cabinet appointee. Hey, as long as it gets viewers to smash that like button.
  19. Join the beta. v1.30.11 released Wednesday the 9th of January brought bunches of updates to the various Working Title Garmin units. FlightFX did mention that they'd have to look at these updates before releasing new versions of the Vision Jet or Honda Jet. Can't wait!
  20. I went most all the way thru the buying process in the Aerosoft Shop and no amount of tax was added. Price was USD 39.99 and not sure if Paypal would have added anything. Right now I don't want to find out and hopefully I won't cave-in.
  21. Chicken soup. Might not help but it certainly won't hurt.
  22. lol. I guess the price is increasing faster than they anticipated.
  23. $40 for those that don't have to pay a VAT. And the product page goes out of its way to explain "early access" and what it means.
