I was in the US Army at a Post for specialty training in what was then a relatively new technology (computers). The Post was put on alert, we were sent back to our barracks and issued rifles (no ammo) and told to wait. Pretty scary for a 19 year old in the Army for less than 6 months. I believe JFK's major legacies were the space program and the Peace Corps.

Thanks Paul, it looks like Steve has addressed in v1.1 the few minor problems I had!!!

Ray Smith's AFCAD work is fantastic. I have sent him an email thanking him and also asking for some help. He was extremely helpful (with the problem I caused) and I ONLY use his AFCAD add-ons. Thanks Ray!!!

Ted & Jim: I had similar problems and eventually uninstalled MTX 5.4C and reinstalled 5.4B. After that everything has been running fine. I posted my situation on the MTX Forum Support site and Burkhard indicated that they probably "might" be related to 2013 schedules. I had the problem in 5.4C with both 2012 and 2013 schedules. I am now running 5.4B with 2012 schedules and no problems at all. With the type of flying I do it really doesn't matter to me what schedule I use. I have had AI traffic in the DFW area as high as 330 AI's and no problems. I believe an updated 2013 schedule is being prepared but I am sticking to the 2012. Regards, Bob

ALL: I have uninstalled 5.4C, reinstalled 5.4B, rebuilt the MyTraffic scenery in FSX, reset my FSX aircraft slider from 40 to 50.............. I flew the same slight I have flown the last 6 times when I got CTD's and this time NO CTD's successful flight except they assigned me a gate which already had an aircraft.

I just completed a 2 hour flight with aircraft slider set to 35, I tried 40 but it caused a CTD. The recent flight at 35 went OK, I landed parked at the gate and ended FSX. AFTER ending FSX I got the CTD. I have also posted this information on the MyTraffic forum. Several other people are experience same situation but in most cases it is with 2013 schedule, mine is with 2012 schedules also.

I cut it out and moved it to a temporary folder. When I started FSX and checked it was not there. I started a flight and checked it again, not there. I ended FSX and checked again, not there! Interesting..it was created on ‎Saturday, ‎March ‎16, ‎2013, ‏‎12:56:27 PM and modified on ‎Yesterday, ‎October ‎26, ‎2013, ‏‎11:01:20 AM, which is when I probably 2013 schedules running. Bob

Danny, I do have the file and quick glance looks like it is a copy of my fsx.cfg . I am running the 2012 schedules............ Any idea what the purpose of that file may be? Based on the time stamp it looks, as you suggested, that it is created each time FSX is started. Bob

Danny, glad to hear the 2012 schedules are working for you. I am going to do more testing tonight but at 40 I get the ntdll.dll crashes. I am now at 30 and flights during today have been OK. I will see what happens with a couple of flights tonight. This is really a perplexing problem. I may just go back and reinstall 5.4a, 5.4b and then 5.4c and test along the way? Have fun!!!

I was testing at KDVT. I am going to post this AM in the forum where the patches are but I am going to do one more test this morning confirming the delete and patches are in. Thanks Danny, for this insight. I wasn't sure where Lavon is but it is a BIG town!! :lol: Thanks again. I just did a retest after confirming the delete and patch. Using a 2012 schedule at KDVT and I got the ntdll.dll crash at the end of loading aircraft.

I have just tried the 2012 schedules and I got the dreaded ntdll.dll crashes AGAIN....... :rolleyes: Maybe I just have to be satisfied with using the default AI!! :( Thanks for your suggestions, it was worth a try.................. Regards, Bob

I posted the following on the ATI discussion thread but thought I would also post it as a new thread relative to MyTrafficX. I do NOT have all the answers since I am still testing but I definitely am getting ntdll.dll crashes when using MyTrafficX 5.4c. VERY nice comments and accurate that we, as a community, need to support all the developers (pay and freeware) as well as sites like AVSIM. It was also very kind of your wife to let you have a "nerd" room. Since you are only 31 years young, you have plenty of time to pursue another career.
