    I’ve seen little bits and bobs on reddit but you can never tell whether it’s genuine or not. Main themes are that the real thing lives up to the hype videos and the performance is very good (considering its an alpha).

    I reckon they probably also want people who play/ have a lot of time to play too. What’s the point in inviting people like me if we can only use it an hour or two a week?

    Also, aside from the semantics in my previous post I would say it’s incredibly unlikely this will be ready for series x at launch given all they’ve said about the Xbox version coming later, and the pc version still being anywhere up to 50 weeks away from release.

    I think they’ve already said that series x won’t have any exclusives at launch. This might be counted as an exclusive, though I’m not sure whether they would count first party dual pc/ Xbox games as ‘system’ exclusives or not.

    It’s fine on mine, and is the quickest between steam, origin and Xbox (though origin can mix it with Xbox most of the time). I think your worry is more generally about how the games industry (and practically every other form of entertainment) are going rather than the sim per se though?

    I’m also going to fly in a cessna as high as the game will let it go and then switch off the engine at the tip of Scotland and see how far I can glide down the UK. And also I’m quite interested to see if it’s possible to do an emergency landing upside down, and which plane is best for doing it. I think a 747 might be possible. for more normal fun I am going to do a mini England tour, starting from Carlisle to mcr.
