Hello simmers, I recently got great Southwest Airlines textures for my POSKY 737-700, even the winglets were correct. However, one detail I noticed was not included was the radar pod. Most of Southwest's -700's have radar pods on the top, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to included this. I have a WestJet 737-700 with the radar pod, and i've tried applying SWA textures to that model, but the radar pod wasn't textured, or placed in the correct spot. Does anybody know how to do this? This is a real picture of the radar pod I took at Minneapolis-St. Paul Intl at the Humphrey Terminal. This is another picture in which you will see the radar pod on both 737's in the picture. I found it on Flight Aware, a live flight tracking website. If you don't know about this website, you really should check it out, I track real flights on it all the time, and model them on FS9. Check it out here. Thanks

Hello simmers, Has anybody been able to make/acquire winglet textures for the Southwest Airlines 737-700 by Project Opensky? I recently flew Southwest, KAUS (Austin-Bergstrom Intl)-KDEN (Denver Intl)-KMSP (Minneapolis-St. Paul Intl), and I was lucky enough to get a window seat right on the wing. I took some great pictures, and I decided to recreate this flight on my FS2004/FS9. I already had wing views installed, and as I was taking off from Austin-Bergstrom, I looked out my window, and realized that my winglets were just generic blue, red, and gold. THIS MADE ME VERY ANGRY!!! Could somebody please tell me where I could find winglet textures for the Project OpenSky Boeing 737-700 for Southwest Airlines? I have been going kinda crazy all day trying to find them!!! Thank You!!

So I am playing with the 700 series add-on for PMDG and I have a couple of questions that are probably answered somewhere in the 3000 pages of manual but I want to make sure it is not a bug and see if anyone else has the answer right off the bat rather than searching for hours in a book thicker than the Bible. SEE IMAGE BELOW. CLICK ON TO FULL SCREEN IT. 1. When I turn the lighting for the cockpit and turn it just past halfway the back panels on the MCP LEDs turns blue. Is this normal ops? It never did this in the 800 series. 2. The TCAS Indicators never went away on the MFDs. These were on while on the ground and never went off. I use FS2Crew to do the start up sequence and he didn't seem to indicate a problem with the TCAS system. 3. When I turned the lighting nobs to turn on the background flood lighting on the MCP and the MFD panels they had no effect on the lighting until AFTER we landed and started the shutdown sequence. Then the lighting turned on. Normal operation in the 800 was for the lights to activate the moment you turned the dial and light up the consoles. 4. I use FS Passengers X and had to go through the whole FS2Crew work around to get the FSPassenger mini window to show.. however... it has ANOTHER panel icon that sits on top of it now and will flicker off and on but mostly it stays on, covering up the damn mini window... -_- Anyone experience these problems (if they are problems on the 700 series PMDG 737) and know a work around? Thanks.

Here are a few screenshots I took on my routes using the Boeing 737-700 and -600 by PMDG. All use default scenery. Trip #1 Southwest Airlines KMSY-KEYW (New Orleans - Key West) on the 737-700 Pushed out of gate, taxiing to the active: On the runway on takeoff run: Rolling to the right, about to fly over water: Flying over some of what I think are the keys: Just after touchdown: Flight #2 WestJet CYVR-CYWG (Vancouver to Winnipeg) on the 737-600 On take-off run on the active: A nice slice of Canada: These clouds don't look too nice: Cruising at 37K: Finally, landing in the snow at Winnipeg: Thanks for viewing my pictures, they do need more work... default scenery isn't the prettiest!
