I'm ready to buy some new scenery for the London area, including the city itself as well as the major regional airports. Which scenery add-ons, as single products or in combination, would you recommend for best visual detail? Between performance and visuals, I would rather sacrifice performance for better views. That the objects appear to be 3-dimensional is also important, as I want to be impressed by the views while flying at low altitudes, not just flying by high above all the interesting sights. Some of the choices I've been considering are Orbx England EU, Aerosoft VFR London X and City Airport, Aerosoft Mega Airport London-Heathrow X, UK2000 Heathrow Extreme and London City Extreme. (If this question has been recently discussed elsewhere, please point me to the appropriate thread(s).)

Hi Guys, hope one of you can help me out with this. I'm looking at getting the FTX England, but I want to know if the London Heliport is included in the package? Can anyone confirm or deny this and post some screenshots? It's EGLW. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Matt

The following are shots from my FSX setup. Resolution has been lost somewhat sadly in the sceenshots... I am an internal member and beta tester at AIG (Alpha India Group) and FAIB (A32X Series, 737 Series, 747 in development). What you see here is a professional carefully built AI setup with material from AIG and its associated painters work. I use ORBX FTX England, Simwings Heathrow 2014 Xtended (ADE tweaked to my liking), REX Direct and ORBX BOB. This entire AI setup is self built with the latest flightplans and liveries. I do not use any AI programs like WOAI or Ultimate Traffic. I do not endorse Ice Traffic.

I own all the above products for all of England and Wales. I have Full V2 DVDs and just update DVDs for V3, so I was wondering: A. Is Treescapes fully compatible with both V2 and V3 Horizon VFR England? Do the trees align properly in V3 high rez areas? Or am I best to stick with V2 scenery for this? B. In what order should I install these, to ensure the Trees are properly inserted in to the scenery? V2-Trees-V3update or V2-V3update-Trees? C. I also own UK2000scenery airports (not the extreme version, just the normal ones) At what point should I install the airports scenery during the order shown in 'B'? D. At what point should I apply all the various patches which are available to fix bugs in the various sceneries? After each product is installed, or all at the end, or other? Finally: E. Is there a correct order to install all the Horizon Scotland scenery? I've seen comments about visual joins between scenery products not looking right if the order isn't correct. Cheers SledDriver
