December 11, 200916 yr hi. this is the best post for a long time, im in as well but only for a 2D panel version. richard welsh. Richard Welsh
December 11, 200916 yr I'm here. 9950X3D, X870E ROG CROSSHAIR HERO, Corsair Dominator Titanium 64GB DDR5-6000 PC5-48000, ASUS RTX 5070Ti 16GB, 9100 PRO 4TB Samsung ,990 PRO 4TB Samsung, AX1600i 1600 Watt 80 Plus Titanium ATX, ASUS 360 ARGB EXTREME 360mm Liquid CPU Cooling Kit.
December 11, 200916 yr I would certainly buy the NG for FS9 if available. I did same for the MD-11, (both platforms), and never regretted it :( . I then got the JS4100 and there are times when I wish I had that model for FS9 as well :( . I cannot afford to upgrade my PC right now for FSX alone, when I also have other business related programs like Photoshop functioning perfectly. The means would not justify the expenditure. If I was able to, I would have a 'lean and trim, blazingly fast' PC dedicated to flightsimming only :( . But, I Don't so, ....; with what I do have, FS9 purrs like a well fed pussycat B) and, even though I would be missing some of the 'eye candy' FSX offers, I would have very enjoyable flights with my spanking new 737NG !!! FS9 Lives, long live FS9.GodfreyG B)

December 11, 200916 yr good and fair idea. Ian i don't know your current studies but if you graduate in Marketing you'll empty too many pockets :(
December 12, 200916 yr Very nice idea, Ian!Here's my support! :(Best regards :( Pedro Lima"The sky is the home of birds... we are just guests... guests of honor" Peter Besenyei"...redundancy is very important in aviation; that is why airplanes have 2 wings instead of 1!" M.S.A.Q.My videos
December 13, 200916 yr I'm up for it! Have way too many aircraft, sceneries to let go FS9. I only use FSx for low and slow, Australia mainly with FTX enhancements. However PMDG if you do an FS9 version make it the absolute finest ... as has been said elsewhere the 737- should be a goldmine for you and the hangers-on.Brian Hinder
December 13, 200916 yr +1 for the FS9 version - including advance payment... As many have already said in this thread or others, I don't see myself uninstalling FS9 anytime soon. Rgds,Bruno
December 13, 200916 yr Yup that's a good idea. There's no question that it will be profitable though. Fs9 is back with a vengeance just now. Just look at the REX sales! Sales may be down for PMDG products but that's simply just due to them being old and everyone already owning them, plus the inevitable drop from everyone trying out FSX. i7 2600k @ 5.1Ghz, ASUS Sabertooth P67, 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600Mhz, EVGA GTX 580 @ 950MHz, OCZ Vertex II 240GB, ASUS Xonar DG, Thermaltake Toughpower XT 875W PSU, Antec KÜHLER 620 W/C, Corsair 600T SE White My FS9 Screens - http://fs9screens.blogspot.com/ Callum Richardson
December 13, 200916 yr I'm in for sure. One thing that could be a problem though is that some people might not want to "pre-order" just because they don't like putting in all their credit card information out on the internet like that.I know quite a few people who would just have a hard time doing that. You probably will get a lot of pre-orders for FS9, just not as much as there actually would be when the product is released. I would LOVE to see the NGX for FS9 though (FSX just hasn't reached the point in my heart that FS9 has...yet).
