Change "Texture Filtering - Negative LOD Bias" to Clamp).It can also be set using the relevant nhancer profile. Stephen Munn

Is it related to SM3 known problem that explain on Readme file?Thanks

That has happened to me before and is the result of a file being missing from your Flight Simulator X/Effects/Texture folder. I believe the filename is fx_1.bmp.
