May 9, 201115 yr Commercial Member But i have one concern; the view forward seems to be hard on approach. The 2D panels were very recently finished and we're still adjusting things - don't worry, that's likely not the final angle. May 9, 201115 yr PMDG once again I'm am speechless. Cant wait for this. When do you guys think you will tell us what variants are in this? Really looking forward to this add-on. Dylan Leonard
May 9, 201115 yr Wow. I love it!I like the Failures menus. Service Failures on or off? Maintenance! Cant wait to see in that menu.
May 9, 201115 yr Considering what Vin said, I'm going to refrain my questions till the post either tonight or tomorrow but yes, i myself am wondering if we can find out what variants are going to be available.
May 9, 201115 yr I'm the only one who's watching the video again, again and onces more again at 720p? Nice morning to wake-up. I put on the PS3, like each other day, just to check the forums if there's something new and yes... a video! I put on my computer immediately to watch that video at 720p.Great job PMDG, really. Really curious about the wing flexibility now ... :( Steven Albi
May 9, 201115 yr I'm the only one who's watching the video again, again and onces more again at 720p?I've had youtube sitting in a tab with the video loaded and ready for me to play at anytime for a few hours now. Seems pretty sad now that I type that out, but I just can't stop watching the video.
May 9, 201115 yr That's probably not going to make the initial release unfortunately - I will ask about it for one of the service packs though.Ok, thanks Ryan

May 9, 201115 yr We got a second vid! 2 for 1 is even better! Also, if this is Robert flying, its an honor to watch lolhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rD4KQrrfATs&feature=feedu
May 9, 201115 yr Commercial Member It is RSR's flying! (though he'd probably tell you he could do that a lot better haha)Btw, actually go to Youtube and you can watch it in 720p HD. (we tried to do 1080p but FRAPS was causing these annoying microstutters that weren't there in the sim but showed up on the videos) Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
May 9, 201115 yr We got a second vid! 2 for 1 is even better! Also, if this is Robert flying, its an honor to watch lol Nice, doubled its views in about two-and-a-half minutes (from 37 to 68 lol :(). Great stuff. Looks like the taxi/landing lights are not quite the default ones, amazing. The spool up really blows you away, literally. :( And finally got a decent 2D panel as well, still relying on that one. Got just the right balance between CGI like and photo real. Insanely good, kudos!
May 9, 201115 yr Thanks, we've spent an inordinate amount of time on the sounds too - there are something like 400 separate recordings from the real airplane for the cockpit sounds alone. The engine sounds are accurate to the point that I used my talents as a professional music transcriber to figure out the exact average pitches you hear at specific times during the engine spool-up sequence. Other addons don't have the pitch exactly right - we have it down to the actual musical notes you most commonly hear on a real life takeoff from the fan growl/buzz and the higher pitched whine effect. It's still being tuned for timing - you actually should hear the whine come in a bit earlier than it does in the video, but that'll be adjusted soon. All sound sliders in fsx must be at 50% for optimum quality? After rendering, there are stutters that are not there when recording.
