What a refreshing change to have caution accompanying a software launch! We already have a wonderful product and it seems most users are content to wait for further work to be done. It's also good to be kept in the picture. Thanks for a great product.

Take your time, guys! My 800/900 NGX has been running relatively bug-free since release, and I am hooked. Once the -700 is out, I'll have my NGX fix, and will patiently wait for the 777. I also remember you mentioning that a lot of the architecture in the NGX will go into the 777, which will mean you won't be starting from scratch. Very exciting! Luis Linares

Cool, take your time..I JUST GOT THIS THING!!!! lol, so no worries from me....I will be busy trying to figure out how to improve my FPS performance a little now, seeing as how I drop to 10 sometimes....so I will be busy....no worries.... Thank you for the quality software...I never knew it could be so realistic.....

Thanks Robert. Some people have been acting like they've just spent their last $70. Take your time and get it right. I am just thankful mine worked perfectly at RTM.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if that was actually the case - I expect I would have done just that for the NGX!

I'm sure a lot of purchasers were young teens who saved their allowance or odd jobs money to buy it.

As a paying customer I don't understand people thanking PMDG for a delayed update, honestly, I have never worked somewhere, where it was ok to put things out late, especially if something was not working correctly. It is an incredible product but if there is this many crashes and freezes I can't understand why it's ok just to wait around for a fix, a majority of my flights end in CTDs or panel freezes, and I built a computer specifically for this addon. -Matt Chase

I am completely in agreement with other Members that your attitude towards getting it right is far preferable than rushing and being sorry later. And I should like to add my appreciation at the clear and and frequent way in which you keep us informed. This standard of service is unusual and welcome. Your concern for our satisfaction shines through every word. Cliff Harris

This might be be already mentioned somewhere, but I'm new here and bought this product not so long time ago: any chance we get Tutorial 2 with the SP?

Perhaps because rushing it would just result in more crashes or panel freezes? (That said, the hotfix seems to have resolved this for me and many of us, yet another reason there's no need to rush the service pack.)

Completely agree with your approach! An extra week or two to get it right is of little consequences in the larger scheme of thigs.
