How many have zero problems?

Featured Replies

SP1 flight went great, zero problems. I'd put wingflex way down the list on things to worry about. I never look at the wings.Performance has improved. I noticed a slight upwards adjustment on approach attitude and other nice improvements that all add up to a very nice flight experience.

Only problems I have had really have been self inflicted or from not reading the manual. I love this aircraft.

Define "problem". If you mean CTDs, freezes, crashes, weird in-flight behavior - then yes, I've got zero problems. I've never had any of these "hard" issues, and since SP1 this thing seems to run even smoother.I do, however, face some minor annoyances, such as missing FMC functionality (most of all DME arcs, but also other advanced stuff) and some quirks with the new 600/700 paintkits.Still, the NGX is simply awesome. Haven't "flown" anything else in FSX since the NGX was released.

Aside from a minor drop in FPS, no problems yet.

runs like a champ, givew a great sense of reality of flying, some minor issues, but I figured out on my own, runways flikering, no call on v1 rotate

No problem here either. I just installed SP1 straight over the base package (no hotfixes, it's always been perfect).Chris Stumbles

I had problems with freezing instruments and controls with the initial release and Hotfixes 1 through 3.Since SP1 it's nothing but smooth, and all the assigned buttons via FSUIPC works just fine now.

There is wingflex... take off at MTOW and you will see the bend! Looks just like they do in the RW...SP1 smoothened things out in general. FSX runs well with the NGX, better than before, although that wasn't bad either...I have a couple of minor, local things, but they are not specifically NGX, and I am going to resize the externals to 1024X1024 again, the loss in quality is minimal and screenshots still look the business, and that allows me to keep the VC at higher resolution... just think, those 5 4096 sheets, @ 16Mb per sheet, resized they are only 1366Kb (DXT5 with alpha), so less than one tenth of the original space...Andrew

It seems that a lot of 64 bit users dont have problems. Could be mistaken.

64 bit is strongly recommended by PMDG for this product, so i guess they are not wrong.

64 bits here, and no problem from the first day. The problems I had was just me not doing the right things.

Amazing addon, no problems at all here. I only check the forums for new releases etc. Great job PMDG!
