February 8, 201214 yr Author Wish they would finish the dang C90 instead of start new projects. Really looking forward to the King AirThey have probably the quickest turnaround time of any developer. They only announce projects and put up screenshots when it's almost done - within a few months it's been released. Some developers take years to do the same. I think by the time you have had your next haircut the C90 will be out, so relax! :( 9950X3D - X870E Aorus Master- TUF 5090 OC - 64GB DDR5 - 1500W HXi - Titan 360 RX LCD - 9100 Pro x 2 - LG 45GX950A - HOTAS Warthog with Ava Base
February 8, 201214 yr Author ... and a C182 with G1000 avionics... :(Yes, that one I will pass on. 9950X3D - X870E Aorus Master- TUF 5090 OC - 64GB DDR5 - 1500W HXi - Titan 360 RX LCD - 9100 Pro x 2 - LG 45GX950A - HOTAS Warthog with Ava Base
February 8, 201214 yr ... and a C182 with G1000 avionics... :(I don't understand that one too. They have probably the quickest turnaround time of any developer. They only announce projects and put up screenshots when it's almost doneA part of me would wish for a slightly longer turnaround time. There's no doubt that Carenado has improved, but some planes could make use of a final SP, e. g. fixing some small but annoying bugs like wrong temp readings. For the most part, and thanks to the two 'busy Bs' (Bert and Bernt), stuff can be fixed by the users, but why not render a 'simple' GA plane final before the next project (and therefore thing to fix) gets out?
February 8, 201214 yr Author God bless the BBC - Bert, Bernt and Carenado :( 9950X3D - X870E Aorus Master- TUF 5090 OC - 64GB DDR5 - 1500W HXi - Titan 360 RX LCD - 9100 Pro x 2 - LG 45GX950A - HOTAS Warthog with Ava Base
February 8, 201214 yr A part of me would wish for a slightly longer turnaround time. There's no doubt that Carenado has improved, but some planes could make use of a final SP, e. g. fixing some small but annoying bugs like wrong temp readings. This is so true! I am looking forward to a Carenado Cirrus a lot, but I would also like the bugs in the Skymaster fixed. Cheers, Bert AMD Ryzen 5900X, 32 GB RAM, RTX 3080 Ti, Windows 11 Home 64 bit, MSFS 2024
February 8, 201214 yr This is so true! I am looking forward to a Carenado Cirrus a lot, but I would also like the bugs in the Skymaster fixed.you very hopefull. bugs do not get fixed. They just release new planes to take the spotlight of previous airplanes bugs because everybody will be too busy "beta" testing the new release and then they knew issues/bugs/concerns of previous release will just die down..They are masters in this manipulating customers to keep buying new planes without ever properly fixing previous releases..The only company that let you pay to be a "BETA" tester....and then that is where it stay apart from the few gurus here that normally fix 90% of issues between themselves, but allas we do not have access to the model so we cant corect anything related to the model, clickspots, switches etc that form part of the model. There we sit with out fingers in our ears and nobody but carenado can do something about it and they surely not very reluctant to correct those issues. Just look at their unofficial support site to see the issues raised there that just do not get fixed by them.Luckily we do have a Brent and Bert who can fix most of the normal XML stuff and air file corrections (FDE) and we appreciate their help with past releases.
February 8, 201214 yr They are masters in this manipulating customers to keep buying new planes without ever properly fixing previous releases..The only company that let you pay to be a "BETA" tester.Ain't that the truth!!Not a fan of their products at all. They are pretty, but that's about it. Edited February 8, 201214 yr by c402_cvs
February 8, 201214 yr The only company that let you pay to be a "BETA" tester. Not sure.Feelthere, wilco do that too and on top of that these 2 nice companies do not even fix the bugs. Carenado does fix them. That I know of.

I could never fly the Eaglesoft version.http://www.carenado....ortal/index.php Very exciting news indeed! Glad to see someone do a realistic Cirrus for once!Wish they would finish the dang C90 instead of start new projects. Really looking forward to the King AirI think that they might have a lack of resources of some kind of bug that they are running into. I hope that they can finish it up soon.
February 8, 201214 yr Author Very exciting news indeed! Glad to see someone do a realistic Cirrus for once!Nice to see someone saying something positive in a thread about Carenado too! 9950X3D - X870E Aorus Master- TUF 5090 OC - 64GB DDR5 - 1500W HXi - Titan 360 RX LCD - 9100 Pro x 2 - LG 45GX950A - HOTAS Warthog with Ava Base
February 8, 201214 yr Should be interesting. I could never fly the Eaglesoft version.Hard to imagine why, since RY of Real Air did the FDE work on our Cirrus Projects and it's important to note that the SR22 Turbo in sim performance is accurate.Hmm, two posts including saying Eaglesofts is unflyable and announcing for Carenado??
February 8, 201214 yr I could never fly the Eaglesoft versionHelloWhy is that, what was the problem with it ?
