April 20, 201313 yr I thought ground power would be connected and ON? It might have been to be honest, but I didn't notice it; just saw that Batteries were ON, but APU and Engines off. Out of the sim and have to head out for domestic chores for a bit (Booooooooo!) so can't check at the mo. F2 should work as well: "You CAN set reverse to the lower portion of the throttle's travel. The configuration utility allows you to set virtual detents on your throttle levers. You can set IDLE to the lower part, leaving reverse outside and then use the key/joystick assignments of your preference. Long press F2 works too." Samdim http://forum.avsim.net/topic/405246-majestic-q400-website-up-and-running/page-2 Cool. That's good. Gives people the choice to do both. I like the realism of having a full progressive Reverse range, so I'll be leaving the reverse within the throttle axis range, as MJC intended, but good (especially for those with small throttle axis) that you can set the revsers out of range and use F2 instead.
April 20, 201313 yr Any news on the activation issues? Not yet, I think we have to had a little more patience:( ======================== HAPPY FLYING Raymond
April 20, 201313 yr Activation issues fixed! Away for my first flight. Will report back with a brief mini review and images. I'm still waiting but hopefully it won't be too long! Edit: My status suddenly went to "Completed" on my JF order history, so I'm expecting activation any moment. Karl Brooker
April 20, 201313 yr Edit: My status suddenly went to "Completed" on my JF order history, so I'm expecting activation any moment. Mine just changed to Completed as well. No change though, still getting 'Cannot Connect to Server' or 'Order Not Found' messages. April 20, 201313 yr Guess I'll hold off until all the server issues are sorted. This seems to happen often these days; that publishers are just not prepared for the big hit on first release. April 20, 201313 yr Note to Majestic: Next time please choose distributors who are actually willing to sell your stuff. Currently seems that only 1 out of your three chosen distributors are selling the Dash-8 ! No wonder that Justflights system goes belly up <_< ---------------- Albert Martin

April 20, 201313 yr Just restarted my computer as I was getting fatal errors on selection of the aircraft in the FSX menu. Fingers crossed its fixed.
April 20, 201313 yr Any updates on the activation issues from JustFlight installer? Quote from Majestic on FB, Dear customers, we receive so many activation requests that our activation server cannot handle them all at a time. It crashes every N minutes, so Oleksiy is monitoring it realtime, restarting it the very moment it goes down. We had to stop Apache server to gain some more memory - so the forum is not available at this moment. Don't worry - every one who bought the package will get the authorization. Just please a little bit of patience. Dimitri So, hang in there! Waiting on mine as we speak... Toby Rottner
